“Best food ever! I was in town two days and ate dinner there both nights! I had the Big Veg Burger one night and the Creamy Coco Ramen Bowl the 2nd night. Best dishes I ever ate! I am not a huge dessert person but HAD to have the oat milk ice cream both nights! I had chocolate one night and vanilla the 2nd night. Yummy! Super quaint, fresh food, awesome company, and loved talking to Ben and others. They run an awesome business! Wish I had this restaurant in Indiana! I highly recommend! Thank you guys! Made my trip so much more amazing than it already was! I appreciate your kindness! I will be back someday!”

“A delightful stop for a relaxing cuppa and breakfast”
“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.”

“If you’re ever in Sharpsburg, MD, you have to stop by Little Brick Coffee Shop! This charming café, nestled right on the edge of the Potomac River, is the perfect spot to grab a delicious coffee and unwind. Just a stone’s throw from Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and Shepherd University, it’s a true hidden gem. Their coffee creations are top-notch, and the little pastries are always fresh and delicious—my wife and I can’t get enough! The cozy atmosphere makes it feel like a home away from home, and the friendly baristas add to the warm and welcoming vibe. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to sip your morning brew or a cozy retreat after exploring the area, Little Brick Coffee Shop is an absolute must-visit!”

“Well worth the trip from NOVA. Cannot believe the taste. European quality, dough you die for and the flavors unreal. Great people will answer any questions about the pastry. Opened only Thursday to Saturday. When they sell out closes early then so don’t wait until late afternoon to get there. Service quick.”

“I use to think the ice cream in my hometown over in Massachusetts was the best, until I tried the Ice Cream at Rock Hill.. now, hands down.. Rock Hill is my new favorite Ice Cream shop. The best part besides the ice cream is the people, this shop is run by an amazing young woman who loves what she does. This shows through the quality of her product. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is in the area, you won’t regret it.”

“I love coffee, I love local, and I really love supporting small businesses — especially when they serve up amazing experiences in every cup.
Today’s shoutout goes to Stone Werks Coffee & Sweets in Boonsboro! Don’t let the small space fool you — this place is mighty in all the right ways. They serve up delicious brews using beans from Cultivate Coffee Roasters, and their menu has way more options than you’d expect.
The staff? Incredibly kind and welcoming.
The vibe? Cozy, cool, and full of character.
The coffee? Let’s just say… it had me planning my next visit before I even finished my drink.
If you’re a fellow coffee lover looking for a hidden gem, Stone Werks is where it’s at. Go check them out and tell them your neighborhood coffee nerd sent you!

“Our first time at this restaurant and our server was absolutely outstanding . Her name is Cassandra and she was very welcoming with our 4.5 year old son. Normally we get looks and comments when we go out about him being loud or theatrical but she was SO understanding and supporting . She got him icecream cake and made sure he had such an accepting experience. As parents it melted our heart and we would 10/10 recommend this restaurant as well as her service. Come see her Friday nights for an amazing experience .”

“I went out for a girls night on a Saturday here, also want to mention it was my first time.
They had an outdoor concert (1979) playing from 6:30-9:30. Beautiful sunset.Tickets were cheap online, $14 but it was actually cheaper at the door... $12.50. Easy and fast entry no wait. They just scan your ticket and you go through security. Parking was easy and organized as well. One thing that's cool about this winery is they allow you to bring your own food. So we brought an entire charcuterie board, which made it more festive. I would suggest getting there early if it's a concert night as seating is limited. So bring a blanket or chairs for the lawn. This winery is a bit for boujee *as the young kids say* lol. Very clean restrooms too. Definitely will be back.”
