The croissant sandwich and hashbrowns were delicious and made right the first time, which is rare for other Dunkin locations I've visited. The line was very long because the location diwn the street is being renovated. Getting the food took forever. The customer service was great, very kind, and professional.“

“I’m really impressed with the speed this Dunkin’ operates! I can place my cold brew order and by the time I walk in it’s ready, LOVE IT.

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“Since Labor Day falls on a Monday this year, my daughter and I visited Dunkin. ❤️
My daughter has a bad habit of trying to put her feet up on the dashboard of my car, which I rebuke vigorously every time. This time she almost knocked the speaker off the interior next to the side view mirror. Needless to say this almost became a problem.
In the end, Almond spice coffee to the rescue. This seasonal blend of delicate herbs and spices will soothe even the most cantankerous father. This Dunkin also has a some sort of bug catcher for a full view of which I had to stand on a chair.

“Best dunkin around! I visit this dunkin the morning almost daily. Service is fast! Everyone that works there is always friendly, polite and in a good mood! Never once had a bad experience there. Also the drive thru is so quick even when the cars are wrapped around the building. Manager is very friendly too!“

“There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“I love coming to DD but there is a small problem. On the weekends homeless people come in and beg for money and some of them even sleep at the tables. The employees don't say a word to them. My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. “I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area.
