The waitress Lupe was friendly and efficient. We never had to wait for her to ask for anything she was attentive to ask friequetly if we needed anything.

“The Ruddy Duck in Solomons is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and had a great overall vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. The food was spectacular—everything we ordered was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they put thought and care into their menu. Every bite was delicious, and it’s definitely the kind of place where you leave already thinking about what you want to try next time. Our server, Nicole, was amazing and incredibly attentive. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time without ever being overbearing. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really elevated the experience. What really stood out was that the owner, Carlos, came by to check on us personally. That extra touch says a lot about how much they value their customers. He was genuinely friendly, approachable, and made us feel appreciated. Between the outstanding service, delicious food, and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend The Ruddy Duck to anyone in the area. “We got an appetizer sampler and nachos to share. And I got the $5 drink special and it was really good. When we got our aperizer sampler unfortunately the wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. We told our server and she had it remade and the manager brought it out quickly and apologized. No big deal things happen. When it came back out and it was hot it was really good though!“
