“I really love this place. Since recently moving from Korea to the U.S., I find myself coming here whenever I crave Korean fried chicken. This is the only place that truly captures the taste of the chicken I used to enjoy back home. I once tried the BBQ branch in Greenbelt, but I was really disappointed—it didn’t taste anything like what I remember.

Whenever I feel homesick, I come here for chicken. The breading is perfectly crispy without being too thick, and the meat is juicy and fried to perfection. It's the kind of flavor that lights up a bulb in my head and brings me right back to Korea.“

So I'm working in DC this weekend and every i come i stay at the Crown Plaza in Arlington. The hotel is amazing but, the restaurant, Potomac Tavern is just amazing! The service, the food and best of all, the people. I asked my bartender to make me something special. I think I just had the BEST Old fashion ever! He used there own brand of whiskey, Potomac whiskey. So smooth and the flavors just popped! SO GOOD!
Of you are in the area stop by and try one.you will not regret it.

“Awesome spot!! Food was very good! We got the brussel sprouts, Mac & Cheese with bacon, tots, Reuben and the Jalapeño burger. I wish the Mac & Cheese had that cheesy gooey ness to it but that’s a personal preference. It was still super good and we ate the whole thing.
The beer list was extensive! I stuck to their Sour selection and dang they were all so good! My friend had a few different drinks but the one that stuck out was the Peach Cider. It tasted like you legit just bit into a Peach!
The whole staff were welcoming and friendly. The bartender, Joe, (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was great!“

“I happened to be at The Renegade two weeks ago. I love country music so I thought it could be a great idea to show my brother this restaurant. We came from Spain and discovered this place! What we didn’t know is that we would meet Paul, who took care of us and “tour us around” their menu and options. The food was delicious and healthy as well! Artichokes, hummus, cauliflower and the chicken were amazing! My brother is vegetarian so they prepared a pad thai for him and he really enjoyed it. After dinner, was time to look everybody dancing on the floor… With the perfect atmosphere! I wish I could post some pictures!! Our ‘guide' for the tasting (Kareem) was so very knowledgeable about the wines and regions they came from and made it all so interesting and approachable. He made the day for sure! “Overall the pizza was cooked well. The ingredients are fresh. Pizza came out hot and they have oil, parmesan cheese, salt pepper, and hot pepper flakes to add to your pizza on the table. The main reason I'm deducting 1 start is becuase of the pricing. I got a 9 inch pizza and added 2 additional toppings which is 19 buck for one small pizza. In a addition to a 13 dollar paloma. AND a 7$ service fee and tax all came to $44 dollars. I didn't even get an appetizer. That's pricey. I'd come back just for the pizza next time.“

“Went for happy hour. Appetizers were really good. Truffle fries were on point! Hot, fresh, delicious! I had shrimp taco which was good. It was $7 for 2 taco.
Nice beer selection. I love IPA, they had several to choose from.
The only caveat I had was at 7pm they started trivia. Trivia wasn't the issue, the issue was the person on the mic was extremely loud. We weren't playing trivia, we were more interested in talking to each other. The loudness was too much. We left and went down the street.“

“Never been to that area so it looked sketchy at first. The place is not truly a sit-down kind of place so we ordered to go. We tried their Italiano pie and it was dioicous. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and quite honestly the price wasn't bad. Pleasantly surprised.“
