“Best apartment complex on the Strip! This building has everything you could ever need as a college student. The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Hands-down the most convenient place to live as a UMD student, as it's the closest apartment off the high way and only 10 mins away from downtown silver spring!!!!“

“Hands down the best vegan Ruben I’ve ever had. The rye bread was toasted perfectly, the sauerkraut was tangy, the smoked tempeh was a delicious stand in for corned beef, and put together with the dressing and the cheese it was melt in your mouth delicious. “Wow, where to begin. The food- excellent. We got the dim sum and every dish was ‘wow’ worthy. It was one of those meals where you’re just talking about the food because it was so unique, delicious and well crafted. I highly recommend the duck tacos and the beignets. The service- amazing. I didn’t catch her name, but the waitress was kind, attentive, and made me feel like I was eating at someone’s house rather than a restaurant. Real auntie energy and she had great recommendations. The atmosphere- so unique, clean, well lit, eclectic, homey, full of character. The ONLY thing this place was missing is an aquarium and a disco ball.

“Five stars for what they do alone...proceeds from Stray Cat Cafe and Lost Dog Sandwiches and Pizza next door donated to animal rescue. The menu at Stray Cat is a bit more sophisticated than the sandwiches and pizza next door - reliable comfort food. Pictures of cats adorn the walls. What's not to love here? Good craft beer list too, just like next door.“

“I happened to be at The Renegade two weeks ago. I love country music so I thought it could be a great idea to show my brother this restaurant. We came from Spain and discovered this place! What we didn’t know is that we would meet Paul, who took care of us and “tour us around” their menu and options. The food was delicious and healthy as well! Artichokes, hummus, cauliflower and the chicken were amazing! My brother is vegetarian so they prepared a pad thai for him and he really enjoyed it. After dinner, was time to look everybody dancing on the floor… With the perfect atmosphere! I wish I could post some pictures!! Thank you very much Paul, for treating us so well, you very much surprised us! Will come back 🤩🤩🤩🤩“

“Prego Again is a great spot for fresh, flavorful Italian sandwiches and pasta dishes. The bread is soft and fresh, the fillings are generous, and everything tastes homemade. It’s casual and friendly — perfect for a quick, satisfying meal or takeout.“

“When ordering delivery via door dash you can’t get the cheese pizza without paying extra for the cheese. Pizza was good but this added cheese ($2) made it almost too cheesy. Garlic knots not buttery/oily/greasy like other places which I appreciated.“

“I’ve been seeing this new place develop but hadn’t had a chance to go in until today. While waiting for my prescription at CVS up the block, I tried their soup of the day. The front of the house has a few tables and a counter, giving the impression of a typical take-out joint. But they have the next store front too, with comfortable high and low tables. Since I was eating in, I was served on nice china, glassware, and real utensils. The Broccoli cheddar soup was excellent. It’s very clean and bright and the restroom is too. This is a much needed addition to the 12th St business district. I wish them much success. I’ll go for the full menu for sure. Hope you do too!“

“We hosted our daughter’s first birthday party here and had a great experience! The manager and bartender were fantastic- very attentive and helpful. Our guests raved about the food and service. We’re big fans of Pizzeria Paradiso in general, but highly recommend if you’re looking to rent out the space for an event.“

“This is our favorite pizza place. The food is consistently delicious and the service is great. Just ordered 4 large specialty pizzas the other day with a mix of regular and light cheese, they were ready in 15-20 minute and they all had the perfect amount of cheese. We recommend this place to everyone!“

“I’ve been eating food at this place for a few years. The food always tastes amazing especially if you are looking for South Indian style. One of the only places that will serve Pulao as well as a variety of Biryanis. The staff and owner are also very nice and serve the food with a lot of care“
