“Best apartment complex on the Strip! This building has everything you could ever need as a college student. The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Hands-down the most convenient place to live as a UMD student, as it's the closest apartment off the high way and only 10 mins away from downtown silver spring!!!!“

“Wow, where to begin. The food- excellent. We got the dim sum and every dish was ‘wow’ worthy. It was one of those meals where you’re just talking about the food because it was so unique, delicious and well crafted. I highly recommend the duck tacos and the beignets. The service- amazing. I didn’t catch her name, but the waitress was kind, attentive, and made me feel like I was eating at someone’s house rather than a restaurant. Real auntie energy and she had great recommendations. The atmosphere- so unique, clean, well lit, eclectic, homey, full of character. The ONLY thing this place was missing is an aquarium and a disco ball.

“Stumbled upon this spot and am so glad I did! After our first time here, my boyfriend and I liked it so much that we came back five days later. Not only does it have great beer and a very cool dive-bar-vibe, but it is so wonderful that literally every item on the menu can be made vegan, with a huge selection of meat alternatives and yummy vegan cheeses (there's also a create-your-own section!) You have to order on your own and take a number and then it’s in the back of the market which is why I’m giving 4 stars for service and atmosphere but definitely try these!!“

“We hosted a retirement social for 20-30 guests in the private space. The space was perfect for our needs. We ordered drinks at the very busy bar, but the bartenders definitely gave our guests priority - which was greatly appreciated. The food suggested tasted great and was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely recommend and return.“

Good craft beer list too, just like next door.“

“I happened to be at The Renegade two weeks ago. I love country music so I thought it could be a great idea to show my brother this restaurant. We came from Spain and discovered this place! What we didn’t know is that we would meet Paul, who took care of us and “tour us around” their menu and options. The food was delicious and healthy as well! Artichokes, hummus, cauliflower and the chicken were amazing! My brother is vegetarian so they prepared a pad thai for him and he really enjoyed it. After dinner, was time to look everybody dancing on the floor… With the perfect atmosphere! I wish I could post some pictures!! “I’ve been seeing this new place develop but hadn’t had a chance to go in until today. While waiting for my prescription at CVS up the block, I tried their soup of the day. The front of the house has a few tables and a counter, giving the impression of a typical take-out joint. But they have the next store front too, with comfortable high and low tables. Since I was eating in, I was served on nice china, glassware, and real utensils. The Broccoli cheddar soup was excellent. It’s very clean and bright and the restroom is too. This is a much needed addition to the 12th St business district. I wish them much success. I’ll go for the full menu for sure. Hope you do too!“

“When ordering delivery via door dash you can’t get the cheese pizza without paying extra for the cheese. Pizza was good but this added cheese ($2) made it almost too cheesy. Garlic knots not buttery/oily/greasy like other places which I appreciated.“

“Not a beer drinker, buddy picked this, I winced in dread of bad food. I was pleasantly surprised. Had 2 things and both were good. Got the pretzel, which we both liked. Then I got a burger with brisket on it, which I enjoyed as well. Service was pretty good and the inside was nice. I'd go back, but doubt I will.“

“I’ve been eating food at this place for a few years. The food always tastes amazing especially if you are looking for South Indian style. One of the only places that will serve Pulao as well as a variety of Biryanis. The staff and owner are also very nice and serve the food with a lot of care“
