“First time going to this restaurant. Monday night so pretty empty only like 6 people eating. The 2 waitresses luse and Sophia were awesome very attentive and quick. Food was great and with the music it felt like I was in Greece. Would recommend for those who want to try Greek food.“

“We ate here during a week of house-hunting from out of town. This place is exactly the type of neighborhood restaurant we enjoy: good food, relaxed attitude. We had lamb shish kabob and trout stuffed with spinach and both were perfectly done. We ate on the patio at 8 pm and had no issues with mosquitoes mentioned in another review. The place was full and lively but not too loud and we had no wait. Just felt right in every sense. We ended up buying a house a few blocks away and expect to be regulars here.“

There is a pleasing range of mezzes, salads, entrees hot and cold, flat breads, spreads, etc . I had a Yayla mule, 3 spreads, lemony rice soup and superb shrimp. Friends chose a range of other dishes. I can guarantee whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed. Everything is flavorful, fresh and beautifully presented. Wait staff and servers are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and not obtrusive. Don’t miss the nice selection of creative cocktails, wine variety and desserts. “Their signature thing The Gyro is spot on copious gyro meat balanced well with tomatoes, onions and tzatki. The side Greek Salad was tasty but heavy on the greens and a real Greek salad is cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, green peppers. I ordered way too much as the Gyro is a lot. Enjoy! Opa!!
PS Dolmades are cooked fresh when you order and are hot which was me to me, but also spot on. A really good side if you like Dolmades.“

“The food is excellent! The service is average, but they are always willing to accommodate if you are allergic to something. The atmosphere is not the greatest in terms of dining in but the staff is very friendly! Just keep in mind the food is good and tasty. FYI the best item on the menu is the Greek Special Fish 🐟 - Branzino is absolutely amazing and full of flavor once you squeeze the lemon on it! 😋“

It felt like fine dining, he gave us a bit of conversation and seem like such a pleasant gentlemen. I enjoyed the food. It was amazing. “I stop in here from time to time for late breakfast or lunch while at work and each time I leave with exactly what I ordered. Very consistent and affordable spot that used to take only cash and now takes card - which is nice. Some limited outside seating is available but this place is mainly a takeout location. Menu has all the standard breakfast items and they are available all day. The biscuits and gravy are basic but hit that homestyle taste for a bargain. I've never ventured outside of their breakfast food but I have no reason to doubt it's quality. If you need a quick and affordable breakfast/lunch this is your spot just south of DuPont Circle and by the Farragut Red Line Metro.“
