The owner, Ed, was so generous and knowledgeable and caring about his 26000 plants, and he left that passion within me as we moved into the tasting room. The venue speaks for itself but my wife Raven and I really want to give thanks to Brian, Loree and the rest of the team at Springfield Manor. From the communications before the wedding to the wedding day itself they were fantastic.

Brian and the team were always responsive to our questions.
We also noticed how Brian treats his team members cuz it extended to how his team treated us and our guests .

“I got a to-go order & the Server/Bartender was on point. It was kind of hard to pull up a menu, so she helped me pick out the top flavors quick & easy for a wing order (my fav). Then upon arrival, I accidently had my card turned off and instead of her coming back telling me how it was denied - she knew what was up ... or atleast gave me the chance vs embarassing me. I just thought that was so sweet how she handled it... kudos. It seems hard to find decent customer service out here these days! She made it seem so easy ❤️“

Mrs Theresa was on the phone with a customer but immediately made sure we were acknowledged and comfortable. Right after her call, she directed us and our waitress to which booth was ours. “I had a great experience. The first thing that stood out was the huge variety of food available. There’s something for everyone: Chinese classics, sushi, hibachi, and even some American favorites. I love trying a little bit of everything.

The food was hot and fresh, which is exactly what you want from an all you can eat restaurant. I especially enjoyed the shrimp, sushi, and the dessert bar at the end of the meal. The dessert selection was surprisingly good too.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a great value for the price with a lot of variety and fresh food.“
