“AMAZING new Smashburger and Chicken 🐔 spot! The restaurant is super clean in a great neighborhood of Baltimore on N. Charles Street. Very comfortable, clean and open. The food is absolutely amazing and Halal! حلال For those that don't know, that means the meat is of a higher quality and they don't serve pork! The customer service is great also and the bathrooms were clean! Definitely, a place to stop by for a great lunch with co-workers or a light dinner with the misses.

“Husband and I stopped in on date night for dinner before another activity. Due to dietary restrictions we each had order requests that were not quite on the menu/required alterations, and the kitchen was able to accommodate two of the three requests. I was very pleased with the results. Food was really good, service was fine (although when server told us about the one request that couldn't be accommodated, he then proceeded to explain the entire menu to my husband, which irritated him--first time he's experienced mansplaining 😆). No complaints, really, and we probably would come back if we lived closer (this location is prob 35min from home).

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians if you don't order the bacon or sausage. I wouldn't recommend for vegans though.

Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten-free pancakes, but there's no guarantee that they're free from cross-contamination since they're prepared in a kitchen where wheat flour/pancake mix is used.

“We always order online. Only had a couple of problems but that was with the app not with the store itself. That said whenever we pick up it’s ready to go and the place is really busy. Drive thru line is busy so it’s slow but they try really hard to keep it moving. The food is amazing, my husband is addicted. And every time we do manage to place an order(for a while the app wouldn’t take any cards we tried to use to pay) they have always gotten it right. I am really weird with sauces so that’s impressive. It’s a little more expensive than average burger joint especially if you want sides with your burger, but the burger itself is really good. “Our server was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing. She took two pretty complicated orders that were very specific, didn't have to write anything down but everything was exactly what we ordered. The restaurant itself was definitely cleaner and nicer than a lot of other Denny's I've been to. The atmosphere is always very nice when you go in there. As far as the food goes, I'm a huge Burger fanatic. Burgers are my favorite food! I love many types of burgers.. My friend and I both ordered burgers. I love a good greasy Burgers much as the next guy but the grease was total overkill. It overpowered everything. Our food was quite literally sitting in a huge puddle of grease. I've ordered many burgers from Denny's and never had this problem before. Usually it's just the right amount. It was almost as if someone had poured a small cup of grease all over our food then served it to us. The food left us both feeling sick and we couldn't finish our food because it was simply too much. Other than the overpowering grease and grease flavor the food was not bad at all. When you could taste the other flavors, the vegetables were very fresh and the burger itself had a very nice flavor. I really hope this was just a one-off and doesn't have anything to do with their rebranding. I would hate to have to stop going to Denny's to get a good burger!

Parking: There are a lot of parking spots but they do fill up quick, we were there for lunch on a Friday and the place was pretty packed. I'm sure it's not like that everyday. The weekends are definitely the busiest.“
