We are here for a festival and needed a quick breakfast stop and Pancake House has been our choice for both days because they are so lovely. Food came out within 6 minutes, eggs were fire, bacon was fire, service was amazing. Staff is super friendly and kind. Definitely one of the reasons we came back.

First day I got dippy eggs with sausage and hash browns, second day I got French toast and a bacon egg and cheese. Everything was very yummy.“

“I'm a slightly new customer. I only been there about five times. I usually get the turkey sausage on a croissant which is delicious and I also get shrimp and grits which is also delicious. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“MaShaaAllah! Went to the New Carrollton IHOP to reward my granddaughters for doing so well in school and all that they are accomplishing this school year. Our server was Marcus and he was awesome! Very attentive and on top of his job. My granddaughter even complimented him about his eyes. Really enjoyed our visit today. My husband ordered tea, Marcus even asked him if he wanted black or green tea, no previous server ever did that, we were very impressed with him. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾“

“I really like the staff at this location. The servers were very warm, courteous, and checked-in. I came right after 9am on a weekday. They were fully staffed and I appreciated how they all worked together. A good group of young people, definitely a reflection of solid leadership.“

My husband place an order online but they say the order isn't readyafter an one hour and they say we has two way for anothet hour this is ridiculous. Then I call many time to speak to a manager and they say I had to way for one hour too. I suggest change all the staff terrible customers services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!“
