“Love this Panera. Everyone is always so nice here. There’s one man who works the drive thru who is SOOO nice and friendly. It really makes my day whenever he is working.
A few times my order might be wrong, but they quickly remedy it if that’s the case (only issue I’ve had is sometimes they forget one of my sides if I order more than 1 side). My sandwich is always right.
I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. I love both, but lunch is more filling.“

“Charles County ☕️🫖 coffee/tea drinkers, if you’re not hitting up Wee Bean Coffee Roasters for your caffeine fix, what’re you even doing?! Delicious coffees and teas! Baristas go above and beyond to provide service. Always welcomed with big smiles and friendly conversation. If you see a long line, don’t turn around. Stick with them and you won’t be disappointed. They make quick work with the utmost professionalism and friendliness when they’re super busy. Shoutout to Weebean for the lovely caffeinated beverages and the always warmest of welcomes!!!“

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.
The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.
When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.
Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.
I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.“
