“Rainy cold Saturday and extremely busy! Cool fall drink options. Staff were all quick and kind. I have to say Brompton (working the register) really stole the show. I was coming off a 24 hour shift and looking to just pop in and out with my cranky self but he was so full of sunshine I couldn’t help but engage in his conversation. Such a kind young man with an amazing light about him, just very impressed by the young man. The whole place continues to get 5 stars!“
“My wife and stopped in on MLK Holiday around 10:30 and the place was packed but we were seated right away. Our server was very prompt and a delight to talk to. I order the ham and cheese omelette with many choices of cheese and I added mushrooms along with grits that were good but I like cheesy grits and a biscuit. The omelette was so moist with lots of the filling, one of the best I have eaten in years, the biscuit was so delicious with a nice crunch on the outside and flaky and soft on the inside. My wife had the biscuits and gravy with home fries that were prepared on the grill rather than deep fried like many restaurants are doing. We got a sweet crepe to go because we were full. We will definitely come back and share with others.“
“The service here needs improvement. I waited for my order to be taken for over 5 minutes. This is while a manager was looking for a label gun that she found by the register and still didn't ask if I had been helped. She did NOT address me at all. There were 3 staff members at pastry that were just standing there and again no one asked if they could take my order. I haven't been to this Panera in years, and now I see why. This was unacceptable service by the staff and manager.“
“I'm a loyal "national" fan and customer of Paneras.Whatever state in the nation I'm in, if there's a Paneras, I'm going there. Why? Because the food is consistently well prepared, the menu selections are consistently delicious and nutritious with rotational seasonal specials. They also readily accommodate special dietary menu change requests when possible. The newly opened (March 2024) Paneras in our area is located west of Crain Hwy/301 on Berry Rd next to the delicious Silver Diner Restaurant. ?Enjoy!“
