“I've been to this particular Subway probably 20 times. People that work there are great I've been very polite anxious to please and very efficient at their work. It never hurts when the food is reasonably priced and always seems to be made so quickly as well. About over a month ago I was sent a kits to heart box and I couldn’t believe how there were so many things in the box, everything was made from the heart of someone truly special who volunteered their time to make someone else smile and make them feel cared about while battling this bad disease.. everything was so heart warming…from the encouraging cards, cute sticks that were hand made ( SpongeBob was the best and the fry sticker ), the hand made birds, hearts, facial products, the silky smooth chapstick, the wash cloths, water bottle, crossword puzzle book, other magazines and items. “They are SO FAST! We had a great experience at Checkers when we grabbed lunch through the drive-thru. The burgers, chicken sandwich, and fries were all fabulous and the customer service was outstanding. They prepared everything perfectly and did not miss anything in our order. “I absolutely love this location. This is one of the few Burger Kings in Frederick that still has an outdoor playground. The restaurant is always kept very clean. As soon as the table leaves, they literally wiped down the tables. Their drive-through is fast and efficient. And the food is always made fresh. They also have the Burger King crowns everywhere for kids to wear.“

“Arby's roast beef has been a favorite of mine for years. It is cooked slow roasted, tasty and tender. And at an economical price. For me they lose one star because they no longer serve hot drinks. So when I want a hot drink now I have to go to two places.“

“I just wanted to share that I am very grateful for the kind service I received from the woman working the closing shift at this Roy Roger’s who was not only polite, but when it turned out to be a 7 minute wait for a bacon cheeseburger, she decided to make me fresh chicken tenders as well since they would take about the same time to make. I had decided to stop and get a quick meal on my way home after meeting up with some friends downtown, and she was so nice to go out of her way for me with less than an hour until close. My meal was still hot once I got home and they were some of the best chicken tenders I’ve eaten from Roy’s. I also work in the service industry and tend to hesitate to stop somewhere with so little time before the place closes to avoid being an annoyance, so I deeply appreciate her kindness, courtesy, and well wishes for a safe drive home. I wish I had gotten her name, but if she sees this and recognizes the encounter, thank you very much, ma’am.“

“We stopped by Moby Dick’s in Buckeystown for lunch with my husband. We ordered the Combo 3, which came with lamb, a ground beef kebab, rice, and salad. The place was fairly busy since it was lunchtime, and the food itself was good.

The only downside was the service. The staff weren’t attentive to customers dining in. When people left, they didn’t clean the tables, and new customers had to sit at dirty tables.

Overall, the food was tasty and filling, but the service and cleanliness could definitely be improved.“

“Immediately greeted by Rob at the counter. He was very professional and courteous, he knew his menu and was patient while I attempted to figure out what I wanted. His customer service skills were top tier. He should definitely be recognized for setting the bar high. Seems like simple human interaction is gone from fast food all around. “Qdoba Rice Bowls are my favorite. As a vegetarian I find the Qdoba bowl fulfilling and fitting into my dietary conditions well. Other than food, the service at this location is quiet pleasant and enjoyable. The person who served me did it so well from the point she took my order , assembling the bowl and till the billing - she did with pleasant face and lot of care for the customer. “I didn’t know they had Spanish chicken on 40, I usually go to Popeyes but i really like the chicken I got a 3 piece with rice and a Jamaica to drink. I didn’t know what it was at first but the gentlemen gladly explained to Brit was just hibiscus. Next time I come I’ll have to try the empanadas which he recommended“

“A childhood memory came back to life! The staff is beyond friendly and courteous. The food was amazing and tastes the same as my husband and I remember from when we were kids. Peggy was super friendly with us and gave my son a free token for ice cream!

“Nothing pretentious about this place and the food is outstanding. We've had several dishes and all were excellent. There is also entertainment in checking out all of the flight memorabilia surrounding each room. You might even be able to check out the landings and takeoffs from your table. Well worth the trip.“

“The best Taco Bell location in Frederick. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff are good about making sure you have the sauces you ask for. The also are fast and efficient in the drive thru. The tend to have the limited time item menu options available to, that are shown on commercial.

An example is the cool ranch Doritos taco. It came back for a short amount of time and they had it in stock. Whereas the other Taco Bell on 144 didn’t even know what I was talking about.

This is the go to. Highly recommend.“

“Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

Two weeks later, I called the store, they answered my call and the manager told me to come in and she would honor my order.

Made me a little unsettled and the staff did nothing about it for a long time. They let him use the store phone a few times and no luck. “This is one of the recent remodeled stores. But it needs some TLC already. Someone needs to be on dining room cleaning duty. Plus the one time we went inside the AC was broken and it felt like 80 degrees in there. But food is always good. Paula will hook you up with whatever you want or need. This is the only Wendy's we go to in the area. Might be slow service most days but it's as good as it gets with this one.“

They also have convenient parking in what might be considered the “back” entry. We also did catering for a large group and the food was hot and ready when we arrived.“
