“The cashier was very polite, well managed and friendly. I order the lamb and rice bowl. I never realized a small bowl packed with so much flavor. “We had never tried Afghani food before, and I am so glad we did. The staff was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They recommended the Mini Taste of Arocostia for our first time. Everything was FANTASTIC!!! The food was cooked perfectly. The service was great! We never had to ask to have our beverages filled up, because they were already on top of it before we had to ask. They packed all our leftovers into boxes for us for our way home. We will definitely be going back!“

“Our favorite place ! We live closer to a different location but the Olney one has our hearts. Our 4 & 2 year old love the food just as much as the adults. We recently had them cater a party for us and we will definitely be doing that again in the future“

“The best Chinese food in Maryland. Their chicken corn soup is amazing with some of their chili vinegar on the tables, don’t miss out on the soup as a starter. You could literally pick any random item and get it with your choice of fried rice variant as a side and you’d be happy no matter what.“

“I eat at Grill Kabob regularly and it’s consistently good. My go-to order is the chicken platter with rice and chickpeas. The chicken is always well-seasoned, tender, and grilled perfectly. The rice is flavorful and the chickpeas are a great addition that make the meal even more satisfying. The portions are generous and the food always tastes fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m craving a solid kabob plate.“

“Best way to describe it is as an Indian inspired - chipotle, noodles &co, poke place, etc. choose one or more proteins, carbs, veggies, toppings, sauces.

It allows for a variety of combinations that one should find very satisfying. The portion size was pretty good and the value was also very good but consider the high rent location you are in and take that into account. Restaurants in that general area by the convention center are “expense account joints”. I was glad they were there when I just wanted to take my time and eat something satisfying in a quiet place.“
