“If you don't know Fast and Friendly service, come here and it's also good for kids. Next to Dollar Tree and Big Lots.I just don't like when someone puts pickles when I am asking for them not to be in my burger. Great place for "Cone in a Cup" and "Italian Chicken Sandwich". “I ordered with Uber eats and my order was wrong I wasn't the nicest about and the manager offered to come in the store and he'll do a refund not only did he give me a refund I got 2 cards and a. Meal. All I can say is thank you soooooo much and I apologize for being rude“

“The food was hot and we had no problems with our order . However, the people working at the drive through had zero manners. Usually, when you smile at people and thank them, they usually say you’re welcome, thanks and they smile back. Nothing!“

“Very good. Had a bunch of kids with me and the playground kept them busy and that was good. The staff and manager on site at the time I went in didn't yell*** or scream, so it was overall good at this time and day(it was a night but on a weekend), so it was fine overall. Good job cashier and manager on site.“

“The only issue is they don’t have seating, u can only order the food then leave, but the place is small so it wouldn’t fit either way. The fries are delicious and tbh I’ve only had the lemon garlic or lemon pepper friend with crab. But the original comes with shrimp and crab. It’s soooo good especially with a side of their honey garlic sauce.“

Parking: Free parking, the Avenue gets very busy sometimes like on the weekends— it can be hard to get a spot. That’s unrelated to my review though because it has nothing to do with the business itself.

“This is my first time eating at Raising Canes Chicken. I am impress with the quickness and easyness when ordering. They call you by your name for pick up. It was not to crowded when I got there before 3pm. I ordered the 6 chicken strips and it came with coleslaw, fries, 2 sauces, toated bread and soda. The chichen was juicy, crispy but not oily. Definetly, a stop that I will do it again!“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! When I’m getting my own mail, it’s always the two piece catfish sometimes a catfish nuggets. They legs and thighs are way better than the wings but I guess that just shows I love dark meat 😅“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

“Fave Lunch : Carolina Dog, Bowl of Bean Soup, Hot Fries with Gravy and Hot Sauce. Almost Heaven... Been coming here since 1955, with my Dad, when dogs were fifteen cents. “I love ordering the chicken when I want a healthier version of fried chicken, and it’s always delicious. However, I wish they offered a chicken-only option, as the sides are so large that I end up wasting them.
I tried the beef once, but it came with way more potatoes than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. From now on, I think I’ll just stick to the chicken from here.“

The gentleman on the drive thru speaker was amazing, he addressed me by my name and everything, wonderful customer service. Great job young man.....I wish I knew your name. “This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . The strawberry butter pecan milkshake was my own signature flavor and they excuted beautifully . I plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you for great food and service.“

Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine“

“I love the kale salad. However, I received a tasty rip-off at this location for $5.51. The container is less than half full for KALE!? I guess I was expecting at least one bunch of kale for almost $6. Organic grocery stores sell a bunch for about $3. A learning lesson?

“I had made a mistake with my order and forgot to adjust my pick up time. I attempted to notify the location right away just after clicking submit but they were having phone issues. I couldnt get there for several hours more. When arriving my meal had been sitting out for several hours. I had already spoken to the catering dept to ask them to remake the food and I did. The manager was sorry for the issue and right away made a new bowl for me. I hate wasting food. She was very kind about the whole thing and said she would check out the phones to see why they werent ringing. I had shown I attempted to call 16 times. She did say it has been rather quiet and would check on their system perhaps there was a phone problem. My main comment is about their service and without hesitation made my day much better even with my own error with the order. I would certainly recommend this location.“

“We always order online. Only had a couple of problems but that was with the app not with the store itself. That said whenever we pick up it’s ready to go and the place is really busy. Drive thru line is busy so it’s slow but they try really hard to keep it moving. The food is amazing, my husband is addicted. And every time we do manage to place an order(for a while the app wouldn’t take any cards we tried to use to pay) they have always gotten it right. I am really weird with sauces so that’s impressive. It’s a little more expensive than average burger joint especially if you want sides with your burger, but the burger itself is really good. “I stopped here today for a hot dog while in the mall. The man behind the counter was very nice and there were a variety of hot dogs to choose from. I had the sausage and mozzarella hot dog and it was really good with the sweet chili sauce. I would have another hot dog from here if I am in the mall again.“
