“I placed a mobile order at this location. The order was made quickly, unfortunately the store was out of the main dish that I had ordered. As a vegetarian there were no other options that worked for me. I would not use the app for this location again, there is clearly a lack of communication between the store and corporate. The location has plenty of parking but in general is out of a populated area.“

“I have been coming to this location for a long time and l must point out the current team under the manager they have (l didn’t get her name but she always wears a black hat) AMAZING customer service we are usually in and out and the food is also amazing.She has a team under control and it shows in the the work and service being rendered. “When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “Very good. Had a bunch of kids with me and the playground kept them busy and that was good. The staff and manager on site at the time I went in didn't yell*** or scream, so it was overall good at this time and day(it was a night but on a weekend), so it was fine overall. “When I entered this business, there was only one person taking orders and her name is Kamya. She was in the kitchen cooking a customer’s order and greeted me. She directed me to the kiosk to order and was very kind. I stepped out to get ice cream and came back. My food was done and she saw that I had a lot of bags and even asked me if I needed help. Customers continued to come in and she was kind greeting everyone with a smile, while going back and forth to the kitchen to fill orders.

The customer service was great and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own which makes it even more amazing. My food was good and I will be back! 🙂“

“No Zaxby’s? No problem. We got Cane’s.

It might just be another chicken spot, but the Cane’s sauce makes all the difference. It’s in a real good location in the downtown Towson area, and they validate parking for the nearby underground garage.

The folks that work here are nice enough, if not overworked. They look really busy and might be in a rush to get you on your way, but they’re not rude about it.

The crowd here varies. Lots of college-aged kids, rowdy crowd or not is a hit or miss. It gets loud and the tables could be wiped down a little more often, but they keep up with the demand.

“There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“

“Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

-The teriyaki sauce is flavorful and served in a perfect ratio to the chicken

“I love ordering the chicken when I want a healthier version of fried chicken, and it’s always delicious. However, I wish they offered a chicken-only option, as the sides are so large that I end up wasting them.
I tried the beef once, but it came with way more potatoes than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. From now on, I think I’ll just stick to the chicken from here.“

“This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . The strawberry butter pecan milkshake was my own signature flavor and they excuted beautifully . I plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you for great food and service.“

“I really love this McDonald’s in comparison to the other ones in the area. The Moravia road and bel air road locations are awful compared to this one. I come here in the morning often and they are very consistent. They drop fresh hash browns that don’t taste like they’re full of grease and their customer service is loads better. Shoutout to the young man that works in the morning on drive thru, he’s always enthusiastic and happy to do his job. Very nice“
