“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

“We had a large family party there and our party was seamless! Our waiter and waitresses (particularly Ashley and Kirby) were wonderful at accommodating a large party including children. We had a great time with everyone. I do need to add that the bar staff was not friendly, and when ordering bar drinks while prepping for the party we were asked to stay in our room and not ask her. She also did not seem to be friendly or helpful to fellow staff, but maybe that was just me. Overall great food and a great experience, minus one person :)“

“First time here. The restaurant was not very busy when I arrived but later did get busy. The server was nice, but she had to many tables. They needed additional help. My order was wrong. The food was good but took a while to get and was disappointed that was wrong but it tasted good except for the bun used.“

We have also enjoyed the wings, crab dip, hot chicken sandwich, and tonight we enjoyed the ribeye and sweet potato fries! The special are also a plus!! We will continue to dine at the Brick Tavern! “Good morning. My wife and I visited the Spring Mills location yesterday.

The food was actually very good and the service was excellent. The cocktails were well made and the menu had a good variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

One small detail stood out, though, and it’s really about attention to presentation. I noticed the restaurant uses nice quality paper napkins, which was a pleasant touch, but the silverware didn’t match the overall quality of the dining experience.

Considering the menu prices ($18–$35 per entrée) and the quality of the food and service, I expected sturdier and better-maintained utensils. The fork at my table was extremely thin, scratched up, and looked worn to the point that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or just heavily marked. It simply didn’t match the otherwise good experience.

This is a minor detail, but small things like that can affect the overall impression of an otherwise very good restaurant. With the quality of food and service you’re offering, upgrading the silverware would help the dining experience feel more consistent with the rest of the presentation

“My husband and I came into Cracker Barrel for dinner. Seth was our server and waited on us the entire time. I just wanted to let you know how friendly and attentive he was to us. Dinner was an especially great time meeting with Seth and he provided outstanding service. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel and Seth was a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to coming back and we will be requesting Seth again as our server.“

“Their food is great! I got the grill fish tacos with Avacado with waffles fries and needless to say it was delicious! I hate Avacado but I think I like it within stuff because I like it in sushi. I gave it a shot because they put a big cut on my tacos and I still didn’t taste it. Very DELCIOUS! My only problem was their portions r so small and they r kind of pricey. Their waffles fries r $6 dollars to maybe get like 10 or 12 fries like nooooooo. So for three fish tacos and a super small batch of fries was $24 after tax. I’d pay $18 for that meal max.“

“First time coming out here and it was a great experience! There is a small L-shaped bar and plenty of seating inside. They have 16 beers on tap, which included a great selection of craft and domestic options. Service was fast and the prices were fair. Great bar!“

“Everything was great overall! We were greeted almost immediately after sitting down, honestly the fastest we’ve ever been greeted here. The first server who stopped by let us know he was just getting us started while our actual server was on her way in, and he was very kind and attentive. He even took the time to check on the table next to us and let them know the same.

Our server arrived shortly after, and the wait wasn’t long at all. She was friendly, attentive, and quick, despite explaining that she had an emergency before coming into work (over heard from the table next to us). The table next to us seemed frustrated, but she handled it professionally and kept things moving. Our food came out on time, everything was correct, and overall our experience with her was phenomenal.

However, I did witness something that took away from the experience. The table next to us flagged down another server, and when they asked for help, that server (Triniti) responded in a way that felt really unprofessional. She said things like, “I don’t even know who your server is,” and after being told, responded with, “Oh, I don’t even talk to her that much, I don’t know.” This was said within earshot while the table was already upset, which didn’t help the situation at all and reflected poorly on the team dynamic.

As a former server myself, I know how important teamwork is in a restaurant, especially when guests are already frustrated. It was disappointing to hear that kind of response.

Because of that interaction alone, I’m giving 4 stars, everything else, especially our server and the food, was excellent. I’d strongly encourage reinforcing teamwork among staff, because that moment didn’t match the otherwise great experience.“

“I came to waffle house with my granddaughter. I had the 2 egg breakfast with a side of gravy for my hasbrowns. My granddie had the waffle with bacon and a drink. Service was very great. Food was served up fresh and very quickly. My eggs were perfect over medium. The sausage gravy was salty but tasty. The waffle was the star of this show! Lightly crispy on the outside and so fluffy inside, with a slight hint of vanilla flavor. Overall great experience. Highly recommend if you want a quick American diner meal. Thanks waffle house. “Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. She did check in multiple times to see if we needed anything.“
