“I knew I would leave a good review the second I was greeted when I came in. The woman (I'm assuming the owner) was so welcoming and had so much pride in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I got chicken pho to go and it was excellent! So fresh. So tasty! I get pho a lot and this was some of the best I've had. Would recommend ❤️“

“The portion for lunch was very generous especially the rice. I had sweet and sour chicken fingers and egg roll with rice. The rice was good definitely not enough pork and egg but good. The chicken fingers we're very good and egg roll was very good too. $9 was a GREAT price. The customer service was perfect she filled my water 3 times and was very kind. Oh I had beef chow mein and that was great. Also had one of my girlfriends fried shrimp and that was delicious. I would recommend Happy Gragon for sure.“

“Very cool seafood shack on the water with a fresh seafood market and counter bar. Servers were all super friendly. Clams and shrimp were super tender and their chowder is fantastic too. Even on a semi cloudy day in the 60s before beach season really hits it was still pretty full up so I'd recommend doing reservations if you're going to be here in the next few months on weekends. Will definitely return on our next trip to OOB.“

“Have been a happy customer of Ken’s place for over 55 years. The employees, ever so busy they always great you with a smile and ask how they can help you.The servings are displayed perfectly. The seafoods are absolutely delicious. My favorite are a pint of fried clams .1/2 in crumbs and 1/2 in batter. We try to make it there every week or so. We bring anyone that is from out of town there to enjoy the best of Maine. You realize most of these dedicated owners and employees work 12hour days 7 days a week. So even though it’s never asked for a tip when ordering is a way to thank them in advance. See ya Friday.“

“ordered the whole clam belly basket today...was no bellies. actually looked lime mixture of calamari rings and very thin strips of clams..asked waitresses if I was given clam strips buy mistake she went to ask someone became back and said the calm bellies were just small...ummm... “I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough, and hope it remains open forever.“

“Well reviewing Rick’s isn’t going to be easy. We do stop there to pick up fried dough and sit on the benches right across from Rick’s and people watch the fried dough is very good, the people that take your walk up order are pleasant. What more can you say , it’s a carnival atmosphere.“

Server brought our beverages quickly and the food arrived piping hot and fresh. We were told it may be a long wait (slightly busy) but it was like 5-10 minutes tops.

The Food: Warm lobster roll with melted butter, sweet potato fries and a side of slaw and a cup of the most delicious lobster bisque!! We shared and it was the perfect amount. Clean plate award!! We weren’t overly starving so sharing was perfect. About $55 for our meal. While that may be pricey to some, I mean… it’s fresh caught lobster. And we shared and it was the perfect amount for our hunger level.

Overall, it was great. The food was top notch. If you’re looking for fine dining, this isn’t it. But, the food was awesome. I love supporting family owned businesses. Definitely would recommend.“
