“I almost overlooked this place and I'm SO glad I didn't! We had the Brandy Lobster, Calamari, Seared Scallops, and Steak Tips. Every single dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned beautifully. The waiter was kind and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere was perfect for a chilly, rainy day. I would absolutely come back to try some of the other dishes!”

“This is a bit of a departure from my formal, thorough restaurant reviews but I simply have to shout out the fine folks of Bakers Way. Their breakfast sandwiches are up there with the best I’ve ever had, and the bakery selection is second to none. Let me preface this anecdote with the fact that my wife despises donuts as a concept. I order a cheeky vanilla sprinkled donut, and grab it from the lovely woman working the counter. I hand it to my wife to hold while I go to pay (and they say chivalry is dead). I turn around and what do I see? 3/4 of the donut missing and her with sprinkles on her face going “you may want to get another donut”. Amazing spot for coffee, craic, sandwiches, and donuts.”

“My wife and I were at the lounge the last 2 nights. Great atmosphere, the bartender was extremely friendly. It was our second trip to Boothbay/Sunset Lounge. Or previous experience was the same. Great place to visit, the Harbor Inn is away from the restaurants, shops and bars, but it is only a footbridge away.

Parking: Stay at the harbor inn, you won't drive again until you are ready to leave. Everything is within walking distance.”

“A nice bbq spot next to the brewery, where you can bring the food back to the brewery or the beer down to the bbq spot. Brisket sandwich was good and fries were a nice compliment.”

“One star missing because both times I went, the young slim women wait staff put me in a mishapened tiny booth. I am 6 feet tall 275 pounds. They needed to keep the full sized booths for larger parties. I am larger. The booths were less than half full both days. Oh, I did like a more mature waitress called Chris. Watching her be happy was infectious.”

“Solid restaurant option while staying at Spruce Point Resort! Not the cheapest in the area, but quality food and attentive service, with amazing views. The bar is such a vibe and seats are extremely comfortable!

“Came up from Connecticut on vacation. Honestly wasn't expecting much from a seafood state and boy was I wrong!! This pizza can compete with some of the best in CT for sure!! Get the Diavola, you won't be disappointed. Friendly staff and a great view as well.”
