“The vibe here is welcoming, real, and genuine. The food and drinks are top notch along with the service. And it all begins with the owners, Zoli and Sarah, who are kind and honest as the day is long. We can’t speak highly enough of them, their crew and this establishment. We will come by every time we are in the area.“
“Lobster, clam, corn, potatoes are so good. Beautiful sights!“

“This place is the bomb! Tucked into a small lot in the middle of town, this place has limited hours and only three items on the menu: Haddock Sandwich, Haddock in a Bowl and French Fries. All of it is superb.
The haddock is fried and about as fresh as it could be. You have a choice of tartare sauce and lemon dill sauce. Ask for both. We didn't have the fries, and it's a good thing because we were stuffed just from the sandwiches. The servings are massive! There was about a half pound plus of haddock on each sandwich.
Next time I think we'll split a bowl and some fries (which also looked like a huge portion), and call it good.
The staff is friendly and speedy - guess you have to be if you're only open 3 hours a day.
It doesn't get any better than this!“
“The best and cleanest class you will ever get. By far the cleanest clams, no grit, you will never be satisfied with any other clams... And we bought oyster, so fresh! I fried the oyster and they were a real treat!!!“

“My husband and I went to Anna’s in early July. As Mainers we have had a lot of seafood at different places, but they had the best seafood platter I’ve ever had before. Even better, topped it off with homemade blueberry crumble. This place is a little slice of heaven .“

“Vacationing in Boothbay, and at the top of our favorite restaurants is Ports of Italy, this place is not to be missed if you love Italian cuisine. Very popular with the locals and the tourists, be smart and make a reservation, especially over the weekend so you will not be disappointed. They are open 7 days a week 4:30-8:00. We had an early reservation and was taken to our table and immediately approached by our waiter, given water, he told us the specials and gave us time to look over the menu. We received a paper bag of warm, delicious rustic bread and olive oil dipping sauce, so good. After ordering, our food arrived in a timely fashion right from the kitchen. I ordered the veal ravioli in a mushroom cream sauce, let me tell you my choice was just delicious and very rich and filling. Husband ordered Osso Buco sitting on top of a rich broth and risotto, what a great presentation and my husband enjoyed it tremendously! Our waiter was very attentive to us and good at his job. The busboys were so nice and took good care of our needs. This place is a cut above the rest and they are popular and have a cult following!! Highly recommend coming here, a little pricey but so worth the experience. Bob and Debbie/ Mich“

“This was a wonderful accidental discovery, and exceeded every expectation.
As a general life hack: when you stumble upon any sea shanty restaurant, always get a cup of their clam chowder to start. In the 20 years I've been applying this rule, I've never been disappointed. Such was my starter at Spinneys. Blackened haddock tacos and two bloody marys rounded out lunch, and y'all... the homemade (literally made by Trish, whose store front is down the street), locally sourced Maine blueberry pie is phenomenal. Their servers are very friendly and knowledgeable, you'll feel right at home chilling at the bar and staring out at the waves.
You'll leave very full (and also a little buzzed, if you're doing it right). But a 40 minute walk back to your car parked in the Popham Beach lot, soaking up beach sunshine and ocean breezes will make all the calories worth it.
If you're in the area, you most certainly need to visit this local gem. Also check out Trish's pie store if you feel like driving.“
“I almost overlooked this place and I'm SO glad I didn't! We had the Brandy Lobster, Calamari, Seared Scallops, and Steak Tips. Every single dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned beautifully. The waiter was kind and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere was perfect for a chilly, rainy day. I would absolutely come back to try some of the other dishes!“
“It is a classic must stop for seafood on the harbor and make sure to snap a photo with Captain Brown before you leave.“

“Had a late lunch here today. The food and service were excellent. Danny did a great job. Kitchen cooked the rib eye perfectly. The pan seared scallops over risotto was also excellent. We will definitely visit again.“
“Great selection of very fresh fish. Can't beat the prices or service, and the location is just a minute off Route 1 between Ath and Brunswick.“
“Long Reach Kitchen catered my wedding of a little over 100 people and were absolutely amazing. They were very easy to deal with, the food was amazing, and they went over the top to ensure that we were happy customers. I highly recommend them for any wedding/catering needs!“

“Coastal Prime was my choice for a birthday dinner, and it did not disappoint! Martinis were very well-made, wine choices plentiful, and appetizers and dinner were delicious. Service was excellent. My only complaint is that the music choice was incongruent with the atmosphere.“

“My wife and I were at the lounge the last 2 nights. Great atmosphere, the bartender was extremely friendly. It was our second trip to Boothbay/Sunset Lounge. Or previous experience was the same. Great place to visit, the Harbor Inn is away from the restaurants, shops and bars, but it is only a footbridge away.
Parking: Stay at the harbor inn, you won't drive again until you are ready to leave. Everything is within walking distance.“
“This is one of our favorite spots. We go back every trip. The view is A+. Nothing compares to sitting out on the deck, watching the boats while enjoying a drink.
The food is always great. The clam chowder is one of the bests on BBH. The bang bang shrimp and the Caesar with blackened haddock. Everything is fresh and consistently delicious.
What makes it even better is the people. Chloe, Katy and Lily are the BEST and make you feel right at home every single time. They’re a huge part of why we keep coming back.
We love Linekin!!!“

“Spectacular doesn’t begin to describe our experience at Grey Havens Inn! From the moment we arrived, the magnificent harbor view beckoned us to sit in a big ol’ rocking chair on the Inn’s lovely porch, cocktail in hand & relax completely into the moment. Oh & sunsets? Outstanding! Our first moments at Grey Havens were so warm & welcoming. Actually even before arriving, calls with innkeepers, Ali & Carlos, had us beyond excited for our initial stay. I say initial because of course we definitely will return & soon I hope! I could list endlessly all the delightful elements that the Grey Havens team have combined to create a place in which one can truly & gloriously unwind. From the lovely & cozy guest rooms to the gorgeous bay-windowed common room (with its stunning actual bay-view) the vibe is marvelous. Grey Havens feels quintessentially seaside Maine with just the barest but perfect touch of some lovingly placed & demure whimsy to intrigue a curious eye. Our initial stay dates did not overlap with Blue’s calendar, sadly. However the many tales we heard of Chef Esau’s creations have us drooling in anticipation. We will ensure we enjoy a dinner at Blue upon our return to Grey Havens.“
