“It was our first day in Bar Harbor and we chose Galyn’s for dinner. It was delicious. We sat on their front porch overlooking the harbor. The food was great and our waitress was so nice; very pleasant. We had the stuffed crab mushrooms, haddock sandwiches and blueberry crisp-a la mode for dessert. Yummy.“

“We’ve been coming to this location for the past several years to celebrate our wedding anniversary and every single time we are in awe of how magical it is💕 Between the amazing staff who put thought that it’s our wedding anniversary, the romantic atmosphere, and the view, so beautiful. Thank you for always making it special❤️ Also Bob is a wonderful pianist and Sabrina is a fantastic waitress, we always enjoy seeing her.“

“Saw a review on Instagram that they had the best blueberry pie in town, so we had to try it. Well, it did not disappoint! It was AMAZING! Warm and served with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream. And the crust is the best!! But, better than that was our bartender/server, Stephanie. She was awesome, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we came back a second night for another slice of pie and wound up buying a whole pie to bring home. The restaurant has a beautiful and welcoming vibe and we look forward to coming back for dinner and more pie when we return to Bar Harbor!“

“Stewman’s Lobster Pound in Bar Harbor, Maine is a must visit! The whole lobster is absolutely delicious, and the shrimp is equally amazing. The views of the harbor make dining here even better, and the service is friendly and attentive. It’s a popular spot, so it can get busy definitely get there early. A perfect place to enjoy fresh seafood and soak in the charm of Bar Harbor!“

“I was hesitant about taking my young family here, but the loft did not disappoint! It's a new family favorite in Bar Harbor, and I have converted to loving seafood and the raw menu because of the loft! The ahi tuna nachos were a hit all around and a big recommendation to try! We can't wait to go back! The staff and food was amazing, and they even catered to my two children (1yr and 4yrs old).“

“Head read other reviews about some people having issues with the food, but we had no problems at all. We got the clam chowder and a lobster roll and everything was great as far as we were concerned. We are in their outside bar area in the back and enjoyed it.“

“Wonderful reception and service, fabulous food - all of it. The Lobster Sandwiches on fresh baked homemade bread, the Clam Chowder, and the Coleslaw were a great reintroduction to this place. I was last here probably almost 22 years ago, and we're both so happy that God made us turn into the parking lot on our trip further north. Thanks for a great dining experience.“

“Ordered through door dash. The chicken quesadilla and onion rings were delicious . But what stands out more is.. I ordered a diet mt dew and they sent a regular one. I called and they immediately offered to find someone to bring me a new drink. To my surprise it was the owner! Thank you Scott!! Excellent customer Service!!“
