“If you want a real quintessential American experience, this is a must! Upon arrival our expectations were not that high, but we had to eat somewhere. We were "lucky" that in the room next to where we ate there was Kareoke... (super fun if you like that). Then we got our food, there were 5 of us and we all wanted something different and it took a little longer. The food was really delicious and far exceeded our expectations! The staff was super nice and we were helped very well.Parking: Large parking lot in front of the door“

“Stopped by for lunch with my mother after a glowing recommendation from the GM of the Wakefield Inn, and we were not disappointed. 10/10 service from our server, Andrew! Great personality, and he was patient with us while we were undecided about our appetizer. Our app and meals were HUGE, absolutely delicious, and well worth their price. I got the Marinated Roast Beast sandwich on a bulkie, and my mother got the Pesto Chicken sandwich on focaccia. The desserts sounded amazing, but we were just way too full, so we are using that as an added reason to go back and visit - as if we didn't already have enough reasons!“

“Located near the entrance to the Limington Airport, The Kitchen (former Runway Restaurant) opened in December 2023 serving homemade breakfast and lunch 6 days a week. The dining room is open and casual which has a row of booths along the front windows, table seating and seating up at the long counter. The breakfast offerings include egg dishes, omelets, scrambles, bennies, biscuits & gravy, breakfast sandwiches/wraps, pancakes, French toast, waffles, homemade hash, and stuffed cinnamon rolls. The lunch offerings including sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, salads, chicken & waffles, and quiche. They also have a specials board and they had steak tips and steak & cheese sandwiches on special. The prices are moderate here. While heading up to Fryeburg, I stopped by The Kitchen at the Limington Airport for an early afternoon meal recently. The place wasn't too busy around 2:30 pm and I took a seat at a booth and looked over the menus trying to decide between breakfast or lunch. The server brought over an ice water on request. I decided to go with a Western Omelet ($14 plus tax) served with home fries and choice of toast. My hot breakfast was served in 10 minutes. The folded omelet was soft & fluffy, blended with red & green peppers, onions, & ham, very good. The lightly grilled home fries were cut in small pieces and seasoned. The thick slices of Texas toast were buttered nicely. I did request a box for half of my breakfast since I knew I was having a big dinner later in the day. The check was $15.12 with tax and before tip. Overall, The Kitchen was definitely a great choice for a homecooked breakfast.“

“The restaurant was clean. The staff are friendly and patient; overall, very professional. The food was excellent. Cooked perfectly, and looked as good as tasted. Worth every cent for some of the best fried seafood I've tried.Fresh, live lobsters are kept right in the restaurant. The holding pools for them are well kept.Kid-friendliness: Even though the lobster pools are right outside the kitchen; they had no problem with my child going over to have a look at them.“

“This was our first time. We heard good things about this place. So glad we went. We both had the fried haddock with fries and slaw. It was really good. The portions were just right. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice.....“
