Matt the owner made it a stress free process and provided a great assortment of apps for when people arrived. The food was excellent and the staff were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. There were several people that had dietary restrictions for allergies and they couldn’t have been more accommodating to offer gluten and dairy free options. Thanks Matt and Team we will be back.“

This restaurant and bakery is everything a customer could want.

Food, more food, delicious dessert, a train on the wall, a nice simple and homely interior/atmosphere, and many friendly servers, especially one of the servers, whom I can name as Amy. She's an amazing server and is always friendly and fun to interact with, especially when it comes to Dogs, specifically Duke.

“We stopped in last night for the first time and were so happy we chose Richard’s restaurant. The authentic German dishes were not only mouth watering but the waitress Sarah made our entire evening one to remember. She brought us fresh buttery rolls and pretzels with homemade mustard to start with and after dinner there were brandy filled dark chocolates on the bill tray. We will be returning as often as we can travel up to Brunswick from central Mass.“

“Brought my grandson(3) on a friday @ noon(when doors opened).
There were a few people at opening but not to bad.
(It started getting busier as time went on)
I added 20 $ on game card & paid 3.99 $ for him to be able to use the play gym.
Cost: 26 $
He used the play area first & seemed to really enjoy it then we played a few games before sitting down to eat.
He wanted a cheeseburger & fries kids meal and I ordered the same. I was really surprised that they only offer can soda & bottled water(1.75$) since it's a kids play place ..
Cost 15 $
They give you a button to put on table so when food was done they could bring it to your table. We went to play for a little longer while food was cooking then went to seating area to wait for food (approx 15 mins).
Once food came it arrived in a basket with burger, fries & 3 packets of ketchup I asked if I could get a paper cup & she said they have none & then I asked for packet of mustard for our burger & she said I had to pay for it..?? ( A little crazy since I had already paid 50 $ but OK...)
The food was as expected for a play place (frozen patty & shoestring french fries) we ate then resumed playing..
Staff were helpful answering questions ect.
Bathrooms were super clean maybe because we arrived upon opening but you can tell they care..
I saw staff on multiple occasions sanitizing & making sure areas were clean(5 *'s)
Overall we had a good time & would recommend visiting especially when the kiddos are stuck inside in the winter or rainy days..

“We visited Bolos last night for the first and definitely not the last time Saturday night. I’d highly recommend the Chips and Dip Trio and the GRILLED BURRITO was huge and filling (I recommend the Queso and Guac to go on top). Our dinner ambassador, Ashley, was extremely attentive and made sure we had an enjoyable evening. Other staff members were equally pleasant and friendly. There was live music and the entire place gave off a good vibe. We’ll be back again. And for those who use Toast, this place is part of the rewards program.“

“Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. Her name is Marin. She went out of her way to make sure everyone at my table was happy. And her service was exemplary! My only complaint is the hostess, Serenity. When I entered with my mom (82 years young), we were about 20 minutes early, and we had a party of 8. I asked if we could be seated so that we could have some drinks. She told me no and that we had wait for the other people to get there. She did not suggest sitting at the bar and having a drink or anything, and she was very rude in the way she said it not so much what she said, very off-putting. I would have left had we not been expecting the rest of our party. Thankfully, our waitress was fabulous, so she made up for all of the rudeness with the hostess. She sat us at a table and never asked us if we wanted a booth and the corner booth was available that had room for our party. The food was delicious and other than the hostess, Serenity, I have no complaints at all and would have given this experience a 5. However, when the first impression is rudeness, it was challenging to get past that. They need to be taught that as they are the first thing you see.“

“My mom went out to lunch with her friends and brought me back a buffalo chicken pizza - despite reheating it, this was the absolute best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve had in my entire life. The staff here used to be on top of their game... apparently not anymore! So disappointing. They did end up walking out because they were never approached.“

“We made the mistake of visiting during the world cup. The food was amazing and came out fast, but the atmosphere was very loud and chaotic. You could not have a conversation with your table mates because the TVs were so loud. All in all we would go back.“
