“Some of the most delicious sandwiches you will ever taste. Stopped by twice on our way to Bar Harbor for a vacation with my partner. It was so good we had to eat it again! I got the Hook & Ladder and my boyfriend got "The Engineer". Staff was very lovely and kind. Our cashier Landon was delightful with positive vibes and great customer service. Will return again, as they have sadly closed all other firehouse sub locations in our home state.“

“I previously stopped going to the store in Auburn because the food and customer service were horrible. I made a mistake one day and ordered from the Auburn store instead of Lewiston and was pleasantly surprised to find Lindsey as the manager. Since she has taken over, the food is always freshly made, nicely presented, and the customer service is outstanding. I am now a frequent customer again! Thank you, Lindsey!!“

“Alright, let me start off this review by saying woahhh mama, the waiter at this establishment is VERY cute. HOWEVER the staff at this establishment COULD NOT hit the griddy when asked... I told them dance white boy dance and they couldn't keep up. Im honestly ashamed that these subway workers dont have smooth moves and keep up with MY grooves. Anyway, I think it's really cool that the building is yellow and green and i appreciate the grind. I didn't order anything I just wanted to see if these hoes could break it down!!! I have my answer.“

“I have not been a big fan of Subways in general over the last number of years. However, my company's office just moved into buildings next door to this location. During the work we were doing there prior to the move-in, Subway was a convenient place for lunch since it was just a simple walk across the parking lot.
The service and food were pretty good, and the staff was always friendly. It could get slow right at noon though. Who knew so many people would flock to a Subway in Sabattus??? Anyway... pretty good experiences at this location.“

“This is a great Subway, not even compared to the one in Topsham (although that is a stark comparison) but just in general. I've now been many times. The place is spotlessly clean, and sandwiches are made quickly and exactly the way they're ordered. Service is very accommodating and welcoming, even forty minutes before closing time. The young lady behind the counter, who seems like the manager--or if she's not, definitely has an attitude of knowing what she's doing--is openly friendly, and because of that I've tipped well every time I've been in. While the Subway in Topsham next to the Circle K is a little grubby and as of two weeks ago is worked by some staff members who are openly irritated and inconvenienced by the idea of a customer, this Brunswick Subway stands out as a warm and comfortable experience in comparison. I definitely recommend the Brunswick Subway over the Topsham one, even for people who live very near to the Topsham one. Good stuff ??

Kid-friendliness: Was not playing loud music that is inappropriate for kids, which was noticeable after experiences with the Topsham Subway.“

“Visit here often on my way to work to grab my supper most of the staff are very friendly I absolutely enjoy when Amanda is working which she usually is, she makes us feel like we are welcomed,very efficient,sandwich is always amazing and so Is her attitude LAUGHING AND JOKING WITH CUSTOMERS. I think she deserves a raise and if that's not an option atleast want the owner and managers to know that she's doing amazing job thank you for excellent service clean restaurant! “We placed an order for 3 sandwich platters for a baby shower and 3 dozen cookies. Everything was perfect and ready for pickup at the exact time specified.

They included napkins, condiments, and everything we needed in a single bag that was easy to carry.

“Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!“
