“First time customer. We've passed by this place for years, always wondering what it might be like inside but never stopping. Dang! Our loss! So many awesome and yummy food options, reasonably priced! We went with a sweet potato burrito. The owner was so sweet/nice, sharing how it was a family recipe. It was delish! Had a nice little kick to it, too. Will definitely be back!

She was genuine, charismatic, personable, on point, greeting me right away providing EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. No doubt in my mind that this woman does not fully exceed expectations, she’s an EXCEPTIONAL employee who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and this corporation is ABSOLUTELY lucky to have her! “My husband, granddaughter and I stopped in on our way after a football game in Lewiston. The 2 employees that were on were killing it! That restaurant filled up so fast! They were pleasant, courteous and never showed any stress! Kudos! To these amazing people! You have great employees! My visit was 9/18/22 @ 1:30 pm. Please give them some recognition.“

“Quite little place with friendly staff! I ordered my favorite meatball marinara and they had run out of meatballs! Lol but Kajal helped me out and made the sandwiches for us as soon as they came in and let me enjoy my favorite! Thank you Kajal for excellent service and wonderful food!“

“As I lifelong fan of Amato’s Italian Sandwiches. I love their food. My only minor issue is the accuracy in filling the order. The last two times I have used the Falmouth location the sandwiches have either had a peppers that I didn’t order or left off the tomatoes that I ordered. The orders were placed on the kiosk and the correct order was on the receipt. I will still keep eating their sandwiches but will continue to be annoyed at the errors.“

“Ryan is the best! I called to ask if they took coupons. After the call I said we're going there because he sounds like a nice guy. Engaging as he made our sandwiches, trying to construct them perfectly to our liking. Chatted with him a little after we ate but we really had to go meet someone. Ryan is a valuable asset to Subway and would be to any team. When he is ready, hire him for your welding shop. He will be the best!“
