“Got super lucky and was able to get a table on walk-in! (Was 7:30pm on a Saturday). Most delicious food ever. All fresh! Farm to table! so cool you can see the chefs making it right from practically the farm and delivered right to your table! Sourdough bread was a delicious and delightful complementary course- baked right downstairs! I got the spinach & feta pie (10/10) and my mom got the braised chicken (10/10). Such good quality food. To top off the night we got a crème brûlée and scoop of malted cider ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!“

“Walked into the Portland location at 7:57 on a Saturday when they close at 8:00 and they graciously served me, even though it was clear they had finished cleaning up for the night. I am a regular at the Scarborough commissary throughout the summer and this was my first time visiting the Portland location. The staff all said hello to me with a smile and conversation and had no problem packing a few rolls for me to go! Great staff and always consistent food!“

When I asked if the chef could add a garnish of pine nuts to the Fettuccine Alfredo and spinach, he obliged me and toasted them perfectly. Eventually they got it together, but we almost walked away pretty unimpressed and scrambling to find somewhere else to go despite calling several days ahead for a reservation. Aside from that, zero complaints. It was more reasonably priced than expected. It was roughly $60 for an entree and a dessert.“
