“When I go to this Wendy's I usually have a pretty good experience. Every once in awhile they'll get an order a little wrong. For instance my grandson does not eat anything other than cheese on his cheeseburgers. And every once in a while they'll forget and they'll put the catch up on it. Other than that they're very friendly nice group of people.“
“I wish Wendy's would serve hot food.They probably bag the orders and let them sit on the counter, so by the time you get to the window and pay, the food is barely warm.I had to go inside and ask them to put it in a microwave, which they grudgingly did.I barely go to Wendy's anymore because of this. The service went down so bad.This all starts with the training and management not caring about their store, food quality, and service. Sad.“

“The drive thru lady was great! The food window young man was super polite. I got a quick on the run $6 biggie bag. The burger, fries, and nuggets were all hot and fresh ! The soda was not flat but ice cold and refreshing! I would recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat to keep you going. I took 1 star off because of the parking lot not being as clean and inviting as it could have been.Parking: Parking lot had trash in it. There was enough parking though.“
“Ms. B at the Livernois/8 mile location is the best. My Dad wanted some chili. None of the locations near us had any. I called and Ms. B said they had it and she would put a large 1 to the side to make sure it didn't sell out before I got there. Dad and I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided!!!“
“Staff are not real friendly, they don't even greet customers. They just ask for your order. I can't really rate the atmosphere, because you can't go in the store it's drive through only. My order was correct, however my fries were just warm.“
“I have been going to this Wendy's for years. (2 times a year for the past 15.)This was the first time everyone was friendly and nice. I don't like that they changed the inside. (Who really eats inside anymore???) I get why they changed things. Again, the lady who was working the counter was way beyond nice. I wish she worked at every fast food jawn.“
“The drive thru people was very rude I had to ask for my receipt, then I noticed that it was on other bags being delivered out the window, as I was told to pull over and wait for the receipt. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I do not know what the problems were, maybe because I asked for ketchup? Which should have been included in the order. However, they had a very nasty way of serving. I was a visitor over there doing work, and went the distance to get to Wendy's, to be treated in this manner. OMG....“
“The service was great. Even though it was a quick in and out order I still enjoyed the atmosphere and service. I was definitely cleaned and polished. No complaints about the stores cleanliness. I'll be making this my favorite Wendy's restaurant from now on.“

“This handsome young man named Mika took me and my family’s order he explained everything on the menu and full detail convinced us to buy a boo book that saved us money on are meals also he was well dressed short tucked into jeans and was very respectful to others he made sure all are food was fresh and hot out the grease made sure to tell us to have a great day when we was leaving out customer service at this location is the best experience I ever had at a restaurant. Great managers and employees keep up the great work guys I will be coming back with my family.“
“I received the best service at this Wendy’s late at night with a crew of guys. I arrived around 12:56am requested fresh food, and had a couple of questions about the menu. I was greeted nicely, placed my order with the patient drive-thru associate and received hot, fresh food. The team went above and beyond by providing me with tomatoes on the side for my sandwich as I requested it after I received my food. Great attitudes and professionalism.“
