“Wait time was super short, my items were all correct and in the bag, and the lady who took my order had a great attitude! I was going to forget to order my sandwich without sauce, but she actually asked if I wanted sauce, so I got my sauce-less sandwich :D (I think that's the first time I've ordered from an Arby's and they've actually asked lol)
I did get the wrong receipt, but I'm choosing to view it as a funny accident since my food's still correct“

EXCEPT for building /owner issues. 1 star ⭐ When customers use the restroom..Where are we supposed to hang our coat and purse ? My choices were FLOOR. WET SINK or BABY CHANGING TABLE . meant for dirty pee or poo bottoms. Please install coat hooks !!!!! this site is in front of Menards

“The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The service and friendlyness of the young lady who took our order was exceptionally great and unexpected. Most young employees these days are not trained well. This young lady is,so we gave her a tip which we do very seldom at a fast food restaurant.“
