“I love the revamp they've done. They got the new comfy seats that are HEATED! Which is amazing for people like me who don't produce their own body heat. “I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“

“We hadn't been to Panera bread in quite a while. The app I have did not work so we went in and ordered at the counter. The guy who took our order did get it right but neglected to tell us that we could collect our cookies right there at the counter. We sat down and I was notified that was our food was ready. I had to ask where to pick it up and once we were just about done, I realized that I never received our cookies so had to go up to the counter and ask about them them. The guy who helped us was on the phone so another person gave me the cookies and explained that he should have given them to us right at the counter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was okay but the service could use improvement for those of us who are not frequent guests.“

“Yesterday, around lunch time- I went to this particular Bigbys for the very first time, but it definitely will not be my last time coming here. I honestly cannot believe how kind the two girls working the drive through were to me. Customer service is a virtue these days and the two young ladies working were amazing and kind. My parents own a business nearby and I shared with them how kind your staff were to me and I think that we all agreed that we will be visiting Cascade Bigbys much more often after yesterday. 5 ⭐️s!“

“Cute lil place and my heart goes to the staff there - they must be busier than ever since the big ol' church went in next door. But they soldier on and the coffee continues to be incredible. “I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff I have ever met! I think I have been served by just about everybody there now… And there is not a single bad apple in that crowd! This whole location deserves a raise!!!“

“We've been there two weekends in a row for lunch because it was so good! The pizza and calzone were fantastic! My husband had two different sandwiches and liked them both (man of few words...) I will always crave that pizza dough!

Down sides are most of the tables we're dirty each time, the bathroom was dirty each time, and the hightop we sat at was very wobbly and so was one of the stools so we moved once another family left. Minor infractions but it distracted from the experience.

“Food service was fast and friendly but don’t go here for free WiFi. There’s no password posted, and the staff insisted no password was needed. A password was needed. The staff said “other people come in and don’t need a password.” These are probably people who have been in before and were lucky enough to be there when a staff member was working who knew the password. Usually once you go somewhere once and get the password, you don’t need it in the future. This is why the password should be posted.“

“Believe it or not I had never been to a Tim Horton’s before. I was visiting from NE and had heard how great the coffee was so we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was great. The service was fast and the apple fritter was delicious. But I especially appreciated the friendly service we received from the young man working the cash register. I am pretty sure his name was James. What an asset to your organization.“
