“Boardwalk Subs Are Second To None, You Can Expect To Pay $15 to $17 Per Sub, But They Are 15 Inches And The Sub Buns Are Wide. I Enjoy Half For Lunch Then Other Half For Dinner, And There Shredded Pickles Are A Great Signature To There Subs.

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. I will continue going to boardwalk subs always.“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“Ate here for the very first time yesterday. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had since becoming a party of 3! From the complimentary treats provided to turn frowns upside down after my son hurt himself to the refusal to allow me to clean up after the mess we made... “oh no ma’am, that’s my job you don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it”. I have never felt more welcomed in a restaurant! “Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

“I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it. I was apologized to and they took full responsibility that the order was made but never made it out for delivery. They remade it fresh again and said they'd get it out immediately for delivery. They then proceeded to refund my full purchase price including the delivery fee. The person who delivered our order apologized again and said they threw in 2 free cookies as well. I about cried because I felt so valued as a customer. Seems like nowhere does these kinds of things anymore when an honest mistake is made. Way to go Potbelly!! You have a customer for life. I will tell this story over and over to people so this location can continue to thrive. Thank you for standing out in taking care of your customers.“

“It has been a long time since we have been to Zoup but we were in the mood for soup so we stopped in. In spite of being short staffed the service was quite good and we got our order quite quickly. They were planning to close early that night due to staffing issues but we were greeted and cared for during our visit. The samples helped us decide and we both enjoyed our selections.“

“We hadn't been to Panera bread in quite a while. The app I have did not work so we went in and ordered at the counter. The guy who took our order did get it right but neglected to tell us that we could collect our cookies right there at the counter. We sat down and I was notified that was our food was ready. I had to ask where to pick it up and once we were just about done, I realized that I never received our cookies so had to go up to the counter and ask about them them. The guy who helped us was on the phone so another person gave me the cookies and explained that he should have given them to us right at the counter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was okay but the service could use improvement for those of us who are not frequent guests.“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“

“I had a mix up with my online order tonight. I'm not quite sure what happened on my end in the panera app. I was at first stressed out, until Ashley came in and SAVED the night ?. I am so grateful ? for the services she provided to me. SHE AND HER LOVELY STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME! I want to thank her for helping to alleviate some of the hunger stress ?. She and her staff had wonderful customer service. I will make this my home location for future orders. Again THANK YOU Ashley ?“
