“Gigi is absolutely phenomenal. We sat here for hours today and just talked with her. She’s more than happy to tell you about anything on the liquor shelf, anything in the humidor and, her entire family heritage, if you care to be intrigued. 135 year old recipes with absolute top shelf ingredients at this bar. If you haven’t come to try it out, you’re missing out. One of the most personal experiences I have ever had at a bar and I promise I will be back. Most likely, tomorrow at open.“

“I visited this past Valentine’s Day weekend and visited again this past Saturday night. I didn’t have a reservation but still got seated very quickly. It was a hot, muggy night and the hostess said she had a seat on the patio which I was fine with. I had a magnificent server, Florence, who was kind, thoughtful to recommend a drink to the person I was with and even when our drinks were brought out within a short time, apologized for the delay (which wasn’t necessary). I wish I could give a review on the party next to us because they were extremely rude, not only not giving consideration to others being on the patio but were also incredibly rude to Florence. One woman in particular was grandstanding in front of this group and demanded to speak to a manager. Florence and the Manager were both composed and dignified in spite of a rude patron that was looking to get her bill comped (for a party of nearly a dozen people) going so far as to threatening to have everyone at her table write a terrible review. I have worked in the service industry and so have so many people I know and love so this situation had me worked up and I felt it necessary to write a review that our experience was magnificent. Don’t be an a-hole to servers of any kind just because you’re an a-hole yourself. If you give respect, you get respect. Go to The Sugar House. Be a good customer.“

I've been three times they've hit the mall each time. When you stay open until you sell out, you've got a winner. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures from anticipation. It is still nice to visit and see the old dance floor, pool table and beautiful bar maid. People are friendly, you can go against some really good pool players, and if you like dancing come through. “So my friends and I were wandering around and needed some place to go and this spot was open. It was a week night in Dearborn so I really didn't expect a lot to be open but surprisingly this was a pretty solid area and a solid spot to walk around and bar hop .

There's free parking if the back lot is open so you don't have to worry about paying for parking. That's a good sign. We walked around and it's very walkable here so you don't have to stay at one spot once you park .

We came in for drinks and had a good time. They have a pool table there so we got some pool lamps. That was pretty cool as well. They have an indoor, obviously , in an outdoor seating area there were people who are sitting outside, having a good time, enjoying the night time, while we were inside at the bar. There's plenty of space there so you don't have to worry about necessarily bumping into people and that was actually pretty cool too.

Depending on when you go, you may come across a crowd because when we got there there was almost nobody there by the time we were leaving. It was about to get a little bit hectic. Not a whole lot but a little bit. That's perfectly okay because everybody's trying to find a place to go at midnight just like we were .

I would definitely stop in here just to get a couple of drinks and be able to walk around. I had a good time there. No problem and no issues .“

“My friends and I hit this bar up on the biggest bar night of the year! Thanksgiving Eve! We arrived around 10:00pm (no cover) and it was already so packed. They played great music, the DJ was seriously on point. Jack and Coke was only $6.00 and the pours = very very very strong. I was impressed with the environment. The bartenders were nice, the people around me were nice, it was just a really cool vibe! The only thing I'll say is...the bathrooms! Way too small for the amount of people allowed in that bar. They have a patio that we didn’t utilize but upon entering on a chilly day, was quite warm. We sat inside at a booth style table. Wasn’t a fan of the booth seat as it didn’t allow for me to sit straight, the back had an angle to it so I’d have to lean it back like fat Joe.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had specials which was a great surprise to us. I paid less than $14 for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a mimosa. So it was a good deal! I left feeling satisfied, just a tip to ask for extra napkins!“

“We seen this place on the Internet and oh my gosh it lives to the standard for sure the turkey leg was amazingly good and tender. The chicken I had the week before was great. My man said the fish was on point all the sides were good and I’m a green girl the greens were an A+. I do understand it’s a lot of people, but the service to me was a little chaotic. I felt rushed to order and I felt like I didn’t want to ask a question I was gonna get the evil eye.. lol“

“Moose’s Pub is a cosy, down to earth sit-down bar with its own little spin on the martini field. They have seasonal cocktails ranging from Lychee-Tinis to Berriful drinks filled to the brim. The lady that served me and my husband was nice, business focused and respectful towards us. I was there on my 21st birthday, for the obvious thing to do- drink!
We ordered; The Mrs, The Lychee-Tini, The Cooler and The Berry Martini. And the Chili Cheese Fries.

Honestly, every drink was a blast, all priced at 12 dollars, and the chili cheese fries that were priced at 8 dollars.
The martinis were spot on, delicious and had a very nice tang, especially The Lychee & Mrs. While The Cooler & Berry were more on the soft, less alcoholic tasting side.
Now- these fries, the chili cheese ones, were absolutely to die for. They’re crispy, crunchy, with a sauce made out of the perfect blend of chili and cheese giving the fries an unneeded but most certainly elevating boost. They melt in your mouth, sending a cosy and satisfying feeling that stays with you throughout your experience.

Decor was cute, cosy, the atmosphere was a comfortable buzz. Not too much, but also not too little. No rowdiness- more so a dreamy like feel where the noise is in the background and doesn’t take the attention away from your date.
I’d definitely pop on around again for another chili cheese fry and some martinis!

PS: For those aiming for a happy hour, make sure before hand that they still have the promotion. We went around 3 PM on a Sunday and there was no promotion.
