They also always throw in a rice pudding. They're always so kind, fast & it's my favorite food to eat when I come out this way.“

“Cherry kabobs are worth trying. It's meat in a sweet cherry based sauce and this is the only place I've been to that has it. Lamb chop was good too but less unique so I'd try something else. Spicy hummus was the perfect level of spicy.“

And my god, the atmosphere was just something else! The prison vibes were so accurate I felt like I was never gonna get out of this place, although I actually forgot that I have indeed murdererd someone and deserve to be in here! Absolutely crazy.
Also the variety of the food was great! Chicken and shrimp are only some of the few extravagant choices on the menu, but they are by far my absolute favorites (although I thought they tasted quite similar).
And the service was also ambsolutely amazing! The waiter (also the cook) was kind enough to provide me with a menu as soon as I entered and cleared a table for us by scooping up the remains of previous guests' food with a plastic tablecloth and making it magically dissapear like a wizard! And such grace in his movements! Truly the mark of a professional at work!

“So We used to Go to Golden Chicken With our Family because of their Amazing and delicious food and amazing atmosphere and glad that we find out that the Subs Shop right infront of “Golden Chicken” Called “Golden Subs” is also Affiliated with Golden Chicken. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. I've been eating mideast cuisine for 45 years at all the Dearborn restaurants and these lamb chops were thick, butterfly cut, meaty and tender and juicy. Hands down thee best I've ever had! Also the salad and rice were fresh and flavorful and garlic was a perf 10. We will be back very soon! Yummmm.

I was greeted quickly once inside. Parked my kiester in a booth and looked the menu over. Not huge but a pretty good selection.
Ordered the Shish Kafta from the lunch specials because they come with two sides. Lentil soup & a salad for me.
Be aware! Nowhere on the menu, nor did the server say a word about it, but there is a $1 upcharge for salads. There is a small sign at the display case, maybe 4" x 6", but you'll never notice unless you're looking and why would you be? Half the seating doesn't even look that direction.
The food was delicious, the dressing on the aforementioned salad has a nice hit of lime in it. Very tasty.
The meat was well-seasoned and juicy, the vegetables lightly grilled, i.e., still crunchy.
When I mentioned the upcharge to the lady, she reached over the counter to point at the sign. I suggested they put it on the menus so customers can actually see it. New menus are supposed to be coming soon.“
