“10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“The food here is always phenomenal. The tender is the right amount of tender and juicy. Though, my favorite part of coming to Houston is the service. Every time I come Sean and Trey (I think is how it’s spelt) treat me with nothing but love and kindness. Even when I came right before closing time, I saw both of them beaming and they treated me like a brother, much love to both of them ❤️. I would recommend this place because of the service alone.“

“I accidentally stumbled on Ray's and tried the #3 Ray's special. I was very pleased with the portions and the price. The fish was well cooked and seasoned, the chicken was great with nice sized tasty shrimp. Everything was clean and the cashier was nice. I've been searching for a good place like this to eat at and I am glad that I found Ray's and I will be back.“

“Ordered 50 wings for my housewarming party. The chicken was so good! We had to order 100 more! All of my guests wanted to know where I got the chicken. I told them Krispy Krunchies on 10 Mile and Greenfield! We will definitely be back! Don't forget to have them put the lemon pepper seasoning on top. ?“

“Well we got Beef and Chicken Shwarmas but was disappointed this time ..:( Mostly veggies) not enough meat....and very Over priced for the food we got..I live my veggies but I would've lived it more had they made them like they used too...Was my, favorite place but now I drive to Berkley for my Shwarmas... 4 Shwarmas with barely slivers of meat $42.00...No TY!

“Their buttered potatoes are SOOOO delicious! The chicken tenders are different. They don't batter them so it's just crispy skin on the outside, which 4/5 times has been too leathery for me to chew. But the last time I had them they were amazing!“
