“We catered a large order from this store for a grad party. They did a fantastic job in having the food ready on time and were very courteous. They were detail oriented and provided associated condiments.

Most importantly, the sliders were an overwhelming hit. People kept coming for them and even took them home. The sauce is particularly popular.

I would highly recommend them for small and large orders. It’s like chick fillet with a kick for young people.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I accidentally stumbled on Ray's and tried the #3 Ray's special. I was very pleased with the portions and the price. The fish was well cooked and seasoned, the chicken was great with nice sized tasty shrimp. Everything was clean and the cashier was nice. I've been searching for a good place like this to eat at and I am glad that I found Ray's and I will be back.“

“I like red beans and rice I was disappointed that they gave me more than half a cup of rice and when I went back to voice my concerns they took their dear sweet time to rectify the situation, needless to say I probably won't be ordering that side dish again however I love the chicken.“

“It was all very good, the food, the service, and the atmosphere. What you want to know is this: the food was all fried and there wasn't anything special about it and it's not cheap. It was good, I'd probably eat it again, but if I don't, I won't feel like I missed anything.“

“The food here was good. My waffle was sweet without the syrup. The chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection. The Mac and cheese was cheesy. Now the greens was the downfall, they tasted like glory greens and the were super salty. Other than that, I give this place an 8/10. I'm definitely going back for the waffle and chicken“

“The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy! My favorite foods there is the chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and I really really love the French fries there. I also have KFC Barbecue Sauce in my fridge from the first time I got KFC which was ordered to my house from DoorDash which was on July 27, 2024. “Well we got Beef and Chicken Shwarmas but was disappointed this time ..:( Mostly veggies) not enough meat....and very Over priced for the food we got..I live my veggies but I would've lived it more had they made them like they used too...Was my, favorite place but now I drive to Berkley for my Shwarmas... 4 Shwarmas with barely slivers of meat $42.00...No TY!

“This was my first time coming here but not my first time tasting their food. Someone gave me some of their catfish and fries and I enjoyed it. That's why I had to find where they were located and come myself. I ordered catfish, tenders ,honey biscuits and fries for dinner. Very tasty! Yummy, yum .“

“They ALWAYS have my order exactly the way I want it! These workers take pride in what they prepare and serve. I've never had chicken or any of the sides for that matter out of order. They clean the grease regularly which makes a very big difference in the taste of the food and other KFC'S are truly lacking in that aspect. The staff is courteous and very pleasant.
