“AMAZING FOOD! The fried oyster mushrooms were to die for. The gyro, hands down the best gyro I've had, vegan or not. Whenever we go to a different city, I always try to find at least 1 new plant based dish to try. I try to pick a smaller business and a place that has something unique. Detroit area has some outstanding choices for plant based food - more than a lot of cities. I would recommend More Life Foods as a top choice for a vegan, vegetarian, or an omni. I'm going to try to convince the boyfriend to swing through on the way back to Ohio so I can get another gyro.“

“I stopped by for a late breakfast and had "The Forager", what they call a "rumble" of eggs, mushrooms, smoked gouda, onions and greens. A great combination of flavors. It came with seasoned fried potatoes and sourdough toast. I like a place that offers sourdough. And the coffee. As someone who takes their coffee black, I am often disappointed by diner coffee and resort to cream and sugar just to make it palatable. Not so here. Whatever blend they are using is of superior quality.\nI've only been here the one time, but their menu looked pretty diverse for breakfast and lunch. Would recommend.“

“Although had reservations and checked in early still had to wait to be seated. Hostess stated a few tables had been there 3+ hours. When extremely busy there should be a max time cap. Similar to when Covid was around. Many establishments had time limits. Also feel on a Saturday evening should be adults only. Some of the children noise was too loud. I wear hearing aids and still had a difficult time hearing my own table with the elevated noise. Otherwise everything else was great.“

“We love iFreeze! We took our daughter who has Celiac Disease. They have items marked as gluten free on the menu. She had the S’mores ice cream and loved it. They were very knowledgeable about Celiac and cleaned the machines before use. They keep all GF items separated as well. It’s so important to us to have safe places for our daughter to eat and have dessert. Would recommend iFreeze to anyone!“

They offer a variety of pizzas to try that keep coming out from 11am to 2pm. You can ask for a certain topping if you don’t see one you like and they’ll make it! The salad bar area is kept fresh and clean. They had many topping options to put over romaine lettuce. Everything is washed and cut just before serving. You can see it and taste it. I’ve been back a couple times since then and enjoyed it each visit. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had and pairs nicely with the salad bar. It’s definitely worth trying for the great price, service, and food.“

The information got the chicken coconut entree and it was incredibly tender. The sauce was creamy and fragrent and the spice level was very nice. The owner and staff are super friendly, my food is always ready quick, and the menu/weekly specials always have something interesting. I only wish they were open later for night owls like myself, but they're worth getting up earlier for. Go for the entrees, but don't forget to grab dessert there, too! The Coconut Cream Cake that was on special the day I'm writing this might be the best piece of cake I've ever had.“

“This is some of the best sushi in Metro Detroit, it’s our favorite sushi place and we go there almost weekly. The food is always delicious and the staff and service is phenomenal. I have never left this restaurant disappointed or hungry. If I could give this place more than five out of five stars, I would. 11/10 would recommend. It was a quieter time, right before the dinner rush, and we were able to catch up without any large parties or excessive noise. We both ordered the salmon, which was some of the best fish I've ever had. Perfectly cooked to medium, crispy on the outside, and it came with a sauce that perfectly complimented the potatoes and broccolini. Our server was Shannon, and he made sure we had everything we needed and also gave us the space to enjoy our dining experience. Every time we took a sip of water, there was another server going around, making sure our glasses were always full.
