“They were pretty busy when I went in, but the worker took time to clean the station, wash her hands and change her gloves. Not sure why she chose that exact moment when people were waiting, but I appreciated it nonetheless. I got a bowl with beans, rice, salsa, cheese etc. The portions are huge. I watched her make a quesadilla and a burrito. I jave no idea how she rolled up that burrito and got it to close, but she did. The staff was friendly and did a good job. Food was quite good. I would go back.“

It wasn't at the finished carryout orders when I looked, but the person behind the counter noticed and asked me right away what they could help me with and my order was actually already made, they just still had it in a bag behind the counter. Whoever is working there at this time of day should get a raise. They are extremely helpful and greet you when you walk in and walk out.“

“Last year I left this place a five star review however the last couple times I’ve been here the quality has gone downhill. Chicken tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day, very hard to chew and they forgot the dipping sauce. Fries are never seasoned and my drink is always flat. Food used to come packaged nicely in a box but now it’s thrown together in a paper bag. The workers used to smile but now they can’t bother to even make eye contact before shutting the window in your face. It was good while it lasted but save your money.“

“You’ll always be happy with Papa’s. A mix between comfort American food and Coney Island. Great wraps, Pitas, Gyros, Salads and desserts. Their i house made KoolAid is amazing. Love their cookies n cream shake for dessert. I can say, we’ve never had a disappointing or wrong order from Papas.“

“I don't like eating in my car but I LOVE eating at the drive-up A&W in Berkley. Most of the time I park and order/eat at the small tables on the west side of the building. Typically I get the Papa Burger and a foot long hot dog. I ALWAYS get a mug of root beer. There is nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold mug of A&W root beer straight out of the tap. I think it is the cane sugar which tastes like my childhood. It never disappoints and always delivers on good feelings. If you see a guy munching on a burger in one hand and frosty mug of root beer in the other next to a motorcycle parked out front - that's me!“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??“

Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. “This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

“The management today was extremely Kind. Not only was service thorough and friendly the atmosphere was genuine and very peaceful. Having food allergies was an easy win considering they take clean cut precautions. “My household has had covid for 3 weeks. Yesterday I was finally able to go out and run a couple errands, and Culver's sounded so good. I ordered my usual burger, and was in a hurry to get back home before it got cold, so it's my fault for not checking it, but when I got home I found out they gave me someone else's burger. I wasn't going to go back out in the snow, so I just didn't have lunch. So disappointed!!“

“Here I thought I was about to have a bad experience, but it was just the opposite. I had ordered food at one restaurant for drive through pickup when the app tells me my order is at another store about 3 miles away. It said the store I was going to order from wasn't honoring the promo so it sent me to the closest one that did. I was like ok but I was on a time schedule so I called the new place when I got there asking where's the drive through? The lady that answered said they didn't have one but would gladly bring it to my car since I had already paid for it on line. She, with a smile on her face, put it in my car and thanked me for my purchase. The food was great when got home and everyone enjoyed it. But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! The lemon pepper powder on the fries and chicken gives it a nice kick the ranch they can either provide you with or you ask for it gose bomb with this chicken I'd recommend this place 100% Goodluck. since this will knock you out with flavor!“
