“Our incredible service prompted my review of Cafe Santé. We were lucky enough to have Robin, who really made our experience 5 stars. The attention, friendliness, and genuine care for us and our meal left a lasting impression and a smile. Thank you, Robin! I really enjoyed having her.Aside from the service, the food was great as well. I had the Boeuf Bourguignon and Fromage Frais. I've never had the beouf, but I enjoyed it. Some pieces of beef were fatty which isn't for me. I know others like these pieces though. Otherwise it was a rich, filling meal, good for a cold day to warm up with. The star of the dinner for me was the fromage frais which was this garlicky, olive oily, buttery, tangy baked cheese to scoop up with ciabatta. Wow! If this sounds enticing, I reckon you'd enjoy it.Also at the table was whitefish and french onion soup that I sampled. Excellent. All very rich, tasty stuff.“

“Unbelievable spot, best food I've had in years. Best vegetarian options I've seen at a bar, sweet and savory fuggle friends were out of this world. Friend had the brisket and was enamored with his as well. 10/10, if I could I'd move here to be able to come back regularly.“

“BC Pizza's Salad and Pizza Buffet was our favorite place back in the day when dining room was open . Salad was constantly refreshed with great variety of fresh veggies. Pizza buffet loaded with just-cooked pizza. Several to choose from -- they would quickly cook up and add any specifically asked-for pizza. We're watching for the dining room to be open again!!“

“We shared the Armadillo Eggs and Guacamole starters for a light lunch, and it was great!Dietary restrictions: I ordered a starter that came with cheese on it instead of on the side like I thought (lactose intolerant), and they were very nice about it! Brought another one without the cheese on. Veru kind.“

“Fun place. It was super crazy busy this Sunday evening, but we found the last 2 seats at the bar next to an interesting couple, Charles and Cathy. Our bartender, Heather, was excellent. She kept the busy bar humming and mixes a super tasty matgrita. We will return.“

“Went to dinner for Mother's Day. Service by Nicole was wonderful. She was attentive but not hovering. Some of us had the $60 for 3 courses: steak, shrimp scampi, salmon, wedge salads, caesar salad, whitefish. Everything was very good. I've had better whitefish elsewhere, though. Nice sides with all entrees. Everything was very good except for the piano music. It was too loud. Needs to be just background music as the restaurant isn't that big. Will definitely return!“

“Amazing breakfast food. Highly recommend going on a weekend to get the Cinnamon roll. French toast was great. Service was great, didn't wait long for our food. It's a small-town diner atmosphere. Will definitely go there again when we are in the Boyne area.“

“Okay this is a updated review. Service was awesome, beer selection was okay but they had my favorite. Now let’s talk about the wings, other then my best friends wings in Buffalo New York with his special sauce. This place is close to it. Okay I was being nice to my friend. These wings blow his away! They oven bake, then deep fry to a crispy perfection. They have a special spice guy that comes in from the Michigan mountain chicken ranch to do his special magic powder. I call it chicken crack powder! Best wings ever in my life. I’m a fat bas/#%d with a heart condition and deserve to die. I hope to die near a plate of these chicken wings with the spices and sauce on my lips for my wife to taste on my death bed.“

“Great restaurant with nice view of the lake. I had the Lake Perch entree for dinner and it was delicious. Also had the Cannoli for dessert and it was the best I've ever had. Service was good, and would eat there again on our next vacation.“

“Party of 7, food was delicious, great portion size for price. Went with the 2 for 40 meal option, I order bourbon chicken with sautéed shrimp mash potatoes with side salad, and spinach dip with tortilla chips, my son got broccoli with 6 oz steak, that what was included in the 2 for 40 meal. Drinks were separate price. My daughter and my mom ordered there meals with appetizer and salads the 2 for 26 meal deal, and My mom husband, my children's Aunt and her boyfriend, ordered a 2 for 26 meal deal as well, had a dinner from home (extra) they did the 2 for 30 meal deals. All 7 of us were well satisfied, food after order came fast. They close at 11pm we got there at 9:45, only complaint I over heard was they didnt give us a heads up on the last call, and the breaded chicken honey bbq bites were super dry, but the chicken stops that came with their meals weren't. Over all We all had a nice time. My daughter graduated from college today, so for last min and no reservation and 7 people an hour before they closed, definitely happy with the results. Petoskey is a great place anyhow.“
