“Haven't had Hot N Now for almost 30 years. I reclaimed a piece of my childhood today when I went and visited! The staff was friendly and amazing, prices are on point for what you get (and well under other fast food chains and competitors), the food was hot and fresh!! I can't wait for my next visit to Sturgis, just so I can come grab a bag of nostalgia!!“

“I’m new back to Michigan after years of being in Indiana.. we needed to find our new regular eat spot. Living in a small town and not having much choices of food places to eat instead of driving and going the distance we ALWAYS choose town fryer over any other fast food or sit down restaurant in a 20-30 mile radius. The employees are absolutely amazing and so respectful and just so full of light. We are greeted every time we walk in the door. Our food is always fresh and warm. They have never made a mistake on our food or ice cream orders. This is by far the best place in the 20 mile radius!! Absolutely love their food and ice cream and prices are great! Keep up the great work we love your place TOWNFRYER“

“Stopped in for an ice cream. Got a peanut butter parfait. Perfectly balanced amount of chocolate, peanuts, and ice cream. Service was very friendly and quick. I was given a veterans discount without even asking for one (was wearing my USS ALBUQUERQUE (SSN-706) ball cap).
Table was clean as was the dining area.“

“The food tastes great and they use real chicken. It's hard to find that in a fast food place. I found in the Three Rivers store that the potato cakes tasted like fish. The sandwiches have enough meat unfortunately its clumped in the center of the sandwich. Tonight (10pm), they asked me to pull forward and wait for my dood because they're on a timer and don't want bad scores. There was no one else in line at the drive-thru. Don't they realize that the timer works in their favor. Is there a slow employee? Are they understaffed? Is there a faster way to get things done?“

“I don’t normally write reviews, but this Taco Bell is the GOAT. Just hear me out. I drive an hour each way once a month to uh, re up on herbal medicine for my mom’s cancer treatment, but honestly this place is the real destination. Back in Fort Wayne, every location is a disaster. Like they act like the sauce is coming out of their own paycheck. You pay for extra and get the standard amount if you’re lucky. But this crew? They are NEVER stingy. This crew makes tacos how fast food used to be pre recession. I spend 29 days a month counting down the days until my mom runs out of medicine just so I can justify the drive back here! This is her happily sipping her Pepsi ♥️♥️♥️“

“I as a customer made a mistake today. The manager Deniyelle helped me instead of turning me away. She didn’t talk to me like I was incompetent but she genuinely wanted to help fix my mistake. I have had another good interaction with this manager taking my order before and it goes to show that she goes above and beyond every day for her customer. I really thank her for such a good experience. I will always recommend this location for her alone.“

“Great service here! I was here for a school Science Olympiad trip. The cashier (Tina) asked how it was, and said to “rock on.” Food came exceptionally fast and tasted great! No chocolate frosties when I came in, so I ordered Salted Caramel, and for a salted frosty, it tasted GREAT! 5 stars. Great experience!“

“This was our first time trying a Culver's (they don't have them where we live). I was stoked to try the fried cheese curds. I was very disappointed - we finished maybe half of them. We also got a fish sandwich (decent), Swiss melt (good, but greasy), and a root beer float (the custard was good). And maybe it's a regional thing, but all the fried foods seemed to have zero salt on them.“

Curly fries were old. Peach cobbler roll was so old there was nothing in it. Mozzarella stick was broken and served. Roast beef was dry and some was darker colored it was so dry! My next visit i asked for everything fresh and the man over the speaker was complaining loudly over the speaker as I pulled up to pay.
I like Arby's a lot. I was in Marion, Indiana. They asked me to wait, but everything was fresh JUICY and delicious! The store in Sturgis, MI literally complained loudly on the speaker when I asked for everything fresh since my visit with them previously was very very very unpleasant.“

“I brought my wife and five kids here to dine in, and the pizza was excellent. The entire place was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional; even though some appeared to be new, they were 'cool' and made us feel welcome.
There was a small mix-up where they gave us to-go boxes despite us dining in, but it wasn't an issue at all—we just ate out of the boxes and enjoyed our time together. We had such a great experience that I made sure to leave them some good tips. We will definitely be back!“

“Always double check your sandwiches
It was even labeled special order and they still got it wrong!
Ordered 8 minutes before restaurant
Sat and drive-thru for 3 minutes nobody answered the speaker
Pulled to the drive-thru window waited another 2 minutes
Probably pulled to the second window and still had to wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich
Then the order was completely wrong had to turn around and go back
Had a 25 minutes onto my trip
They remade my sandwich and both had uncooked eggs and the muffins were untoasted
Cheese wasn't even melted
There was nobody in the drive-thru or lobby when I arrive
After making a complaint the next day I went back for a free sandwich and those are the last two pictures they were actually made like they were supposed to be“

“Came here with some friends and teachers during a little job trip, the ladies up front were nice and could handle some of us piggybacking off of another person's order.
Overall it was nice and amazing, and I would Not mind coming back with family and other friends.“

“I come to this location about 2-3 times a month. Today, young women named Nevaeh and Kenzie took care of us. They were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. This location is always clean and I have never not gotten exactly what I ordered. The women today were top tier! I will always come back to this location! No one I have encountered here, nor the atmosphere, has ever given me a reason to not return. Love it here!“

“My fiance and I had a wonderful experience thanks to the woman who waited on us! I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but she has a pink Stanley type cup! She was very friendly and wonderful to talk to! Thank you so much for your kindness in today’s hard world :)

“I love coming to this Subway!! The people that are there are so nice and friendly. They are very engaging with you and make sure your sub looks to your liking!!! Anytime my family wants a sub from Subway, we make sure to go to this one! I can't recall the ladies names (Sorry ladies) but David is great!!!“

“Amazing place with friendly employees. The delivery driver made fast friends with my dog to the point where my dog even gets excited when I order. Also can't beat the sandwiches, especially if you have any picky eaters. They have a whole line of plain meat and cheese sandwiches.“

“Wonderful food, great service. We almost left right off the start because their menus have no prices, were told that’s because of different pricing at other pizza huts, we were told to scan the QR code, well I leave my phone in the car when dining out, so this was big disappointment and inconvenience!!! Please start pricing your menus dinner time is not cell phone time! Also please repair giant pot hole in parking lot!!“

“One person working. He had no help and kept apologizing. I told him to quit apologizing and thanked him for coming to work unlike lazy people who don't want to work. Stood in line for 40 min while one person was trying to do walk ins and internet orders. Shame on subway for letting this happen. The guy did great and the food was delicious as always. Subway did bad by this guy and should feel ashamed.“
