As always, the staff(our server Princia) at PF Chang’s were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

We kicked things off with the signature lettuce wraps, which are always a crowd-pleaser. The balance of savory, crunchy, and sweet flavors in each bite never disappoints. Then, we moved on to the main courses, and let me just say, Princia's recommendation on the crispy honey chicken was perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness that wasn’t overpowering.

Another standout was the Mongolian beef, which had the perfect combination of tender beef, savory sauce, and caramelized onions. Each dish was bursting with flavor and showed true mastery in balancing textures and spices.

What really blew me away, though, was the dessert — the Great Wall of Chocolate. Rich, decadent, and indulgent, it was the perfect way to end a truly memorable meal.

“They are a little bit expensive I will say but you do get a lot of food for the price you pay, also the food is enough for two people and even have some left overs. First time trying them out and definitely was not disappointed at all. Very friendly, customer service was great and the lady who took our order was really sweet. Didn't take long at all for us to get our food, there are fast and prompt. Everything we ordered was all correct didn't have any issues. “My mother in law and her boyfriend turned my wife and I on to Fu Garden. All the meals we've ordered have been delicious. And most orders are ready for pickup within 15 minutes. So from the time I order and drive from my home in Standale, the food is ready. I'd recommend Fu Garden over a lot of Asian cuisine restaurants in my area.“

“It's been years since my wife and I had quality food like this. She had lemon chicken while I had orange chicken. We also had the combination plate. Food was hot and very good. I even enjoyed the tea and I'm not a big fan of tea.

“I ordered the Mongolian Beef combination meal. Even though I ate in, I had to order from the front counter and the food was served in to-go packaging. I was left to get my own eating utensils and condiments. They have a VERY small selection of canned or bottled sodas. The first thing I noticed was that the gravy had been overthickened with corn starch/arrow root powder to the point of being gelatinous. In addition, the beef was of a consistency of having been way to tough to start and severely overboiled to tenderize it. Other than these issues, the depth and quality of flavor easily overcame the previously mentioned shortcomings. The amount of heat was perfect. Sadly though, no fortune cookies are included in the meal. If it hadn't been for the great flavors, I would have rated my visit with three stars instead of four. It is also the reason that I would go back and try other menu items. Next time I will avoid the beef and order chicken.“

“I decided to order food here because I saw that their lunch menu was very affordable and I’m a broke college student working downtown for the summer. I got the beef and broccoli order with the side of chicken fried rice- I just took my first bite and it’s wonderful! The flavor is awesome in the rice, beef and vegetables and my order came with an AWESOME amount of food as well! It was ready for me to pick up only 15 minutes after I called to order.

Look at the picture I’ve provided, I got all of this for a little less than $12! I will absolutely be coming again and getting my lunches from the Hong Kong Express! :)“

“The employees are very friendly and I’ve never eaten an item off the menu I didn’t love! They do lunch discounts and combos too. The food isn’t greasy like other places I’ve been and there’s always quick service - though I’m not a fan that they pick their own hours to work as any time I call when their website says they’re open, no one is there. After 12:30p seems to be the best time. I placed a take away order and had to call back as I realized I left my car keys in a friend’s car. She kindly said she’d hold my order. “Absolutely superb pho, the best I've had in a long while!
This little restaurant is clean, accessible and parking is right out front. The place doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside, but don't be fooled, the food is outstanding.
My personal favorite is chicken pho with beef broth, (tastier than with just chicken broth IMHO) the add-ins are very fresh, service is fast and friendly.

“I have gotten food to go here a couple times and it’s always been good and as expected. The inside is pretty darkly/dimly lit, but who cares? The food is delish. I got the shrimp lo mein the last time I went and the portion size was so big I ate it for dinner, a midnight snack, and breakfast and lunch the next day! ?
The shrimp themselves were surprisingly flavorful and the texture was perfect. The noodles were good too.

Parking: It’s in a strip mall so there’s plenty of parking for all businesses.“

But I've ordered Chinese food from restaurants that cost twice as much, and tasted the same or worse. I was bummed that China Garden didn't have teriyaki chicken. But their BBQ chicken (I just like saying "chicken on a stick") is so crispy in a good way, that I want all my "chicken on a stick" to be like theirs! The portions are decent compared to other locations, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. The two gentlemen that run this location are extremely nice and very friendly.
