“The old locker room is where I met my husband of 35 years now, but the new locker has a great vibe as well. Food is Awesome, staff are friendly and helpful and the music brings a vibe that makes you happy and want to party. Let’s just say I love the Locker room. Ask for Lacey she’s the best waitress.“

“Stopped by to celebrate our 45th anniversary. Our first time here, burger was perfect for me. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich. He said it was very tasty. Food was hot when served. Waitress was very pleasant and quick. tonight was karaoke too. We will be back.“

“I have never been to this restaurant before. We stopped in for a quick dinner. First of all the customer service was outstanding! The waitress including the girls bringing out the food, we're awesome!! Every one of them had a smile on their face. No matter what anybody asked her for she was right on it. The food was delicious. Not one of us had a bad meal. They did an excellent job the food was amazing. Don't hesitate to stop here it is a gem!!♥“

“Anybody reading this, my mamaw was the barmaid there beginning in the 60s. Annie Ruth Ladd. They also lived above the bar for some time. My mother told me that she vividly remembers looking out the window and seeing the National guard going down Jefferson into Detroit. At that time, she was 9 years old. My mother grew up to work in the bar. Her name is Roseann or Rosie. I spent lots of my youth there, playing quarter machines. Rosie Also worked Square Deal. Y'all probably knew my papaw too his name was Jim Ray Boatwright and he was known in River Rouge as being one of the Town drunks lol God rest his soulCan't wait to stop in and reminisce!Also, if anybody knew my family or can share stories, please let me know. “Great food! Attentive service from girls in bikinis! What's not to love?!? 🥰 The food is actually pretty good here. The clientele is about 99% guys, but don't get intimidated if you're the one female! Place is pretty chill and laid back.
Now let's quickly chat about the food.
The French dip was tasty dipped in the cup of au jus, loaded with slices of ribeye between a crusty bun. Fries were nice and crisp.
Classic lake pointe burger thick and juicy, no condiments needed, as it was full of flavor with a side of tater tots.
Our friend got the bone in wings with hot buffalo sauce. He really liked them, and said the pizza here is great too.
Girls were all friendly service with a smile! Kudos to them for working in bikinis! Definitely a vibe!“

“Went in tonight with our kids for dinner and we were very impressed. Fantastic tuna melt to enjoy on a Friday and the kids devoured their wings, cheese sticks and salads. Games for the kids to enjoy and keep busy as well. Our sever Julie was exceptional! She made us feel welcomed and very attentive to the kids needs. We will be back and definitely will be requesting Julie’s area.“

“Went in for a dinner with my friend, we ordered steak bites, and the truffle fries. We loved the truffle, we weren’t big fans of the bites. The server and manager noticed, and not only made us new bites, but asked for our feedback on what we didn’t like. They’ve since changed the way they are made, from openly listening to our feedback. 10/10 customer service and delicious food.“
