I and not going to give you a negative review but I don’t have issues with food I ordered last night.

Driver says they were here when I came out to where the food drop is for my work building. The food was nowhere to be found. I order food from you guy almost once a month for a couple year now for my team i know is not the wing snob and this is the first time happen.

I never got this food. $80 orders. Please help

“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Great burgers but really not cool when you're craving some at a quarter to ten the night before a holiday, prepping to play Mac's, just drove 40 minutes thru construction to get told they just took last call for the kitchen. Heartbroken.“

“Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to handle it better and immediately noticed raw in the middle. I flagged the bartender and she whisked the plate away to the kitchen for review. After speaking with the manager who wanted to comp my whole meal, drinks and everything I could tell the kitchen was rushed so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for another one to be made. I could tell everyone involved was mortified and even overheard the bartender saying the manager was letting the kitchen staff have it regarding chicken temp. I cook at home quite a bit so I understand mistakes can be made when you're hurried. Bartender and manager apologized profusely and all was well. I was impressed that they took it seriously and made it right.“

“I was here on a Wednesday, late afternoon, and the place was empty. We almost thought they were closed because no one was there. You put your order into a kiosk there and they text you when your order is ready. I waited for 30 minutes and got my meal and it was very good!“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. “So I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked to how I wanted. I called and called and I kept getting a foreigner and got irritated and had to up there. Miss Keisha (Assistant Manager) took care of me. She made my experience go from bad to excellent. I just want to say I really appreciate the time and effort she took to make the job right and fix my order. I appreciate you Miss Keisha.“

“We ordered 2 pizzas and double bread sticks for dinner and when we got home the pizza was not cooked all the way-- it was about half raw under the sauce. I called and explained the situation and they offered a remake for tonight, or for next time. When I went back the manager apologized and let me know that this is a training store, so sometimes extra mistakes are made, but she let the guys know what happened to fix it for the next customer. She was very nice and said she even pushed the pizza back into the oven when it was supposed to be done to make sure it was right the second time. The cook on the remake was much better, and the customer service was excellent.“

“I’ve had from authentic Italian pizza to cheap paper thin pizza, so I think have a good reference. This particular store had always made excellent quality pizza. The staff is beyond nice. We order very frequently and are always satisfied.“

“The store was INCREDIBLY busy tonight, clearly going through it, all the workers were going nonstop. Despite this, the young woman running the register was very professional and kind and my food looked and tasted AMAZING. They were not letting quality fall to the wayside, very impressed.“
