“I absolutely love this bar. Award winning whiskey blended by the owner and the speakeasy vibe is beautiful. It's surprisingly kid-friendly, everyone is welcome. The bartender just pulled out his guitar and is amazing so with this cocktail it's a great night.“

“We go here every Friday after work. The service is superb, the beer selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is chill. I am vegetarian and super appreciative for the portobello burger. Any food anyone orders in our group comes out fresh and hot. Some favorites from our group include the sliders, poutine and they have sweet potato fries! This last week they had a chickpea burger on special which was super exciting for me and it was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular offering!“

“We were able to be seated immediately... just barely beating the dinner rush. We chose to dine here based on their advertisement/support of the high school swim & dive team. My swimmer and I enjoyed our food and wait staff. The lower atmosphere grade comes from the cold draft that didn't seem to stop as other patrons came and went. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“I'm going to have to keep this short as I have a endless supply of kind words about Hidden King. This place is the definition of hidden gem. The service was absolutely amazing, the inside looks like you're traveling into this super secret club with games at every table. Mark (the owner) is such a chill guy to talk to and very much approachable along with the rest of the staff. The drinks are also absolutely amazing. They have a bunch of creative spins to all of their drinks. If you also don't want to drink they have an assortment of teahaus teas that you can grab too. This place is just such a hidden gem and such a cool place to be.

“Went out with a couple friends last weekend and ended up at this bar. The vibe was pretty chill, music wasn’t too loud so we could actually talk, which I liked. Bartender was friendly and quick with the drinks, even though the place was kinda busy. They had a decent selection of beers on tap and some good cocktail options too. The food menu wasn’t huge but the wings and fries hit the spot. Overall, a nice spot to hang out for a few drinks without breaking the bank. Would probably come back again.“

“We went late at night (for Ann arbor 💀) to this establishment when we found they were open. It was very serendipitous. There was a very cute hostess who invited us in, was super nice and despite them closing the bar in a couple minutes they were able to squeeze in our drinks. I ordered a frozen lychee marg, and got a horrible brain freeze, but it was worth it cause it tasted yummy. The cute hostess walked us out and we had a conversation about our orders. “TLDR; TBP is a very intimate venue with excellent shows. (@Steve Hoffstetter) The Blind Pig did a great job managing our ADA/accommodation and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Regardless of your disability, (or lack of disability), if you have a chance to visit The Blind Pig- do it! You won’t regret it. They went above and beyond, (where so very many other businesses fail) was with our accommodations; as my mother used a cane to get around after breaking her hip. While yes, they legally are obligated to because of the ADA, however, where some places do the bare minimum, like leave people hanging, or make them feel like a burden for asking, TBP makes you feel truly welcome. Faith made sure my phone calls were returned in a very timely fashion (I purchased the tickets a day and a half before the show- she was definitely on it, to respond so quickly with care). Our seats were marked reserved, there were multiple people who could direct us where to go and who to contact (if needed) upon arrival. There’s been something that happened in our family several months ago that hasn’t brought joy to any of us; and seeing my mother relax and laugh, like she hasn’t done in months, made the extra night special. Thank you Faith, Molly, and all the other employees of TBP for making it a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to see another show there. 💕“

I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

The Buffalo pizza had homemade buffalo sauce (delicious) and tons of blue cheese. It was delicious! The Pickle pizza may have been even better. “Last Thursday night before "Sounds & Sights" in Chelsea we had dinner here. We had a great meal, with excellent service from Jesus R. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. I was a little concerned when we arrived to see signs posted that the restaurant was "understaffed, so please be patient." I needn't have worried. Soon after arriving we had abundant chips and salsa on our table (which helped keep the grandkids, and me, occupied), and Jesus R took our orders without much delay at all, and the kitchen got the food out pretty fast. Definitely a good choice, and we will be back.“
