She was incredibly professional, and prompt even during a busy rush with no help. she handled everything with a calm friendly attitude and kept the line moving.“

“Like a well-oiled machine. They were staffed up on a busy Sunday and they were moving fast, cranking out the subs. They got my order right and I got more meat than I got at other locations. I didn't take pics but my turkey sub looked like a turkey sub. From Jersey Mike's.“

“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.

“I was in a dark time when I first visited this establishment. I felt hopeless… all until I met Dakota. He greeted me with a hunktastical smile and it warmed my heart. Within moments of greeting him I burst into tears of joy. Most would feel embarrassed spontaneously bursting into tears in public but it was really hard to feel shame when I felt the warm embrace of Dakota seconds later. He calmed me down immediately, somehow knowing the exact lullaby my grandmother would always sing to me as a child. He looked me in the eyes with an immense passion and intensity that you rarely see in your every day life and said “don’t give up, sport.” Dakota talked me off the edge…. I don’t know what I’d do without him.“

“Just passing through the Chelsea Secretary of State Office and saw there was a Subway in the same complex. Glad I stopped in. Food was delicious and the two ladies working there were super friendly. I got a side of meatballs for my dog and they were so nice about it.I come from a restaurant family, and Customer Service is very important to me. They made my visit. Many Subways just feel like a chain store that is just moving you through the line. This experience was different. I will be back!

Also thought it was cool that he wrapped my sandwich (which was toasted) in foil before wrapping it in the paper. Haven't seen anyone so that at a subway. Love that touch.“
