“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.

Would definitely revisit again if en route and passing by it.“

“Just passing through the Chelsea Secretary of State Office and saw there was a Subway in the same complex. Glad I stopped in. Food was delicious and the two ladies working there were super friendly. I got a side of meatballs for my dog and they were so nice about it.I come from a restaurant family, and Customer Service is very important to me. They made my visit. Many Subways just feel like a chain store that is just moving you through the line. This experience was different. I will be back!

“I was in a dark time when I first visited this establishment. I felt hopeless… all until I met Dakota. He greeted me with a hunktastical smile and it warmed my heart. Within moments of greeting him I burst into tears of joy. Most would feel embarrassed spontaneously bursting into tears in public but it was really hard to feel shame when I felt the warm embrace of Dakota seconds later. He calmed me down immediately, somehow knowing the exact lullaby my grandmother would always sing to me as a child. He looked me in the eyes with an immense passion and intensity that you rarely see in your every day life and said “don’t give up, sport.” Dakota talked me off the edge…. I don’t know what I’d do without him.“

The crew at Tubby’s made that happen 10 fold!My favorites about choosing Tabby’s in Pinckney for our event:1st ordering was easy and straightforward which this Momma of 5 appreciates! (We ordered from the catering menu)2nd the price point was perfect, we have ordered from other places for events in the past and this price and amount of food we got was awesome. (40 ish adults 10 ish kids)3rd the order was on time and the team was so friendly and even seemed excited for my party!4th the food was delicious! Everyone at the party was surprised it came from Tabby’s and we had zero leftovers but everyone was well fed!Only thing I would change is the salad, people didn’t realize it was a salad because of the way it is set up they thought it was more toppings for the subs.The team there really has changed everything and they are genuinely excited and thankful for the business so if you had tried Tubby’s before and haven’t been happy give this new management a chance. “I've been to this location a few times and the two gentleman I've consistently seen working are fast, friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. Not really heavily trafficked when I've been there, but a decent flow of patrons in and out.Random add: there's a really cool mural next door on a neighboring building.

Vegetarian options: I love that I can get good vegetarian options. There aren't a bunch but they are yummy. Can also make your sandwich an unwich which is wrapping it in lettuce instead of bread.

Parking: Large open lot with plenty of space to park- no heavy traffic or competition with parking from adjacent businesses.“

“Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Both girls were fantastic and next time I need gas I’m definitely coming back in for a sandwich!If their boss sees this review, give these girls a raise or a bonus, they deserve it for providing the best customer service I’ve ever had.“
