I was obsessed with the greens, yams, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned like real comfort food should be. If you’re craving soul food done right, this place delivers….literally and flavor-wise.”

“I will say that I have never left a review with a restaurant before, but after the dining experience that my wife and I had we both agreed we would leave one. We went there for the Valentine dinner for two and we were absolutely satisfied with the quality, the presentation, and the taste of our meals everything was served hot and cooked to perfection. The flavors that the chef prepared for each of our meals were amazing. Every course we had was perfectly paired with the wine that they suggested as well. We would highly recommend this place for a date night or just a night out with friends. It is a hidden gem inside the gateway center.”

The owner is very friendly and cares deeply about feedback and the quality of food. The hennesy salmon was AMAZING and the broccoli was perfectly roasted. Also best yams I've ever had. Service was super quick, and the dj created a nice lounge atmosphere. I'm giving 5 stars because the food was that good and the customer service was excellent.”

“The event space is so cute and cozy. We loved how warm and inviting it was. Very cool, down to earth place. My absolute favorite thing is that you can bring your dogs inside! Oh, and the fire pit outside is pretty freaking cool! There were so many different options of beer, my husband got the sweet cider and I got the Kombucha (which has no alcohol) and it was delicious! My brother in law got "the farmers daughter" and also a pint to take home! Pizza was yummy! They didn't skimp on the salad toppings♥️”

“It's pretty great food but some days, I'm not sure if they have a different cook but like today, my order of sweet and sour chicken didn't have as much as it normally does. I'd say about half what they normally do. My friends beef and broccoli, the beef was really really light. We thought they messed up and gave her chicken but it was beef. One time they did screw up my order. I ordered the chicken tender or whatever kids combo and they gave me shrimp. Luckily my son didn't get his dad's shrimp allergy and he was fine but still. And I live kinda far from here to run back and fix an order. But I'm still generally happy this place. It's $8 for a lunch and normally you get enough for 2 meals kinda. Today I didn't but it's still better than empire wok. I went there for over 20 years and now thanks to this place I don't want to go back to empire wok lol the people there are very very nice. I'm sure if I had an issue and I brought it up to them, they would fix it with no issues. If I could give them 4.9 stars I would.”

“I've only been to The Alibi one time since it's had its new name. And I have to tell you ... its DEFENINITLY an upgrade now that there is a new owner. I thought the bartenders were awesome. “The food was excellent. We had Gra Pao Gai (basic chicken), chicken pad thai, crab rangoon and a spring roll. Spring roll needed some meat. Pork maybe. But it was buttery and crispy. The crab rangoon had great flavor they had a little too much crispy edges or broke some off and put it on top of the pad thai but the flavor inside with cream cheese was delicious. Chicken pad Thai was medium and it was on point with what you'd expect it had some heat but it didn't blow your hair off. The prices were Fair. The portions were enough to eat twice unless you wanted to just get uncomfortable. Haha. I will definitely order here again I want to try the red curry. We ordered doordash so I don't know what the inside looks like. There are a couple of alternatives in the area but I've tried them and I think I prefer this place over them especially when it comes to price and portion.”

“I have been dining at Latina's Restaurant since 1974. It has changed ownership since then but the food has remained the quality that I remember under Momma. I especially love their Lasagna. The best Antipasto I have ever eaten.”

“My daughter and grand kids took me to Dom's Diner for "Mother's Day" on Sunday, May 11, 2025. Everyone's food was great. My daughter had fish and fries, one of the grand kids had the alfredo with shrimp and chicken. My other grand son had chicken and fries. The youngest had mickey mouse pancakes with bacon. It was the first time I tried chicken and waffles, they were delicious. The waitress went above and beyond, and you can't find this time of service everywhere..”

On June 8th the time of the order was 12:53 P.M. The brisket was not tender the chef was stingy on the chicken, all in all the package was not worth $49.82 Whoever the chef was June 6th give him a raise. I cannot say the same for the order Feast for Two for the chef that served it.”

They also have a rewards program which is fun and unique. Foods usually pretty quick except Tuesdays but thats to be expected.”

Reservations are not required, but we made them just to ensure a seat. They do recommend calling 24 hour ahead for reservations.
We had a couple of drinks (pretty good), but no appetizer due to a late lunch.
I had the ribeye, which was slightly overcooked, and a baked potato (yummy). My wife had the salmon, which she loved.
She also ordered carrot cake to go and to be enjoyed at a later date.
A note on the decor - there is a lot to appreciate with the stallion wall murals and the tree art on the floor.
They also have patio seating, which we did not partake.”

“My 45 th birthday party, we had six people and only 5 got food, we explained very well before ordering to the waitress that my husband was allergic to onions and we made sure the burritos had no onions per the waitress, so he got the beef burrito and his food came with ours and the waitress held out his plate stating that all dishes had onions in the recipes which is not true, we ate here before with no issue.To not argue and cause a scene he didn't eat and we went to get him food after. We had to call for service.with hands in the air for coffee, more chips, more water. There was only one waitress, but there were only 3 tables with customers. The food was good, but this place is so understaffed and the staff doesn't understand English well enough to accommodate special requests. I wouldn't come again unless I called for carry out an hour prior and make sure there are no special accomodations to your order. Mr. Miguel's on 11 and Ryan will be our always favorite place to go after this episode tonight.”

“We stopped on our way home from a rodeo on Saturday. We ordered the 2 meat/3 sides dinner for the 2 of us. We got pulled pork and ribs tips with potato salad, beans and hush puppies. All of it was delicious and enough for another meal! Only complaint is the pulled pork was on a bun and by the time we got home it was pretty soggy. (We live 40 minutes away). The hush puppies were as good as I've ever had. Will definitely go back!”

With my service dog beside me helping me walk, we made our way to a table. The area was clean, waitstaff were very friendly and food was great. I will be going to Leo’s again and appreciate the kindness shown to myself and my service dog.”
