My wife had the Baby Back Ribs. The ribs were excellent. Not fall off the bone, but close. Well seasoned. Better than some places I've been too.\n\nIt has dawned on me that they constantly cook their steaks perfectly. Being my 3rd time eating at Longhorn, I can attest that the cooks have the cooking method down to a science. Cheers to Longhorn on being able to train and keep those good cooks. I know it’s not easy during these bad times, but Longhorn does a good job. I will continue to visit Longhorn for their perfect steaks which are cooked very consistently. If you go anywhere else, good luck on getting a good cooked steak. You pay a lot, it better be perfect. You cannot redo a steak. “Amazing place to eat my kay n e make the best orders“

“I grew up on BBQ cooked over charcoal, which is quite different than the smoked ribs i usually encounter. Yes, cooking over charcoal does sometimes create that bark on one side of the meat but i love it. This place has had me in a chokehold for the past month, with me driving 30 mins each way to eat. I love it. I am a large end kind of guy and this place is the best i've had with only Vicky's coming in second. Once, the ribs were fatty but i doin't care. Every other time, they were delicious.

Regarding the sides... This is where most BBQ joints struggle. The Coleslaw and potato salad are either off a Sysco truck or similar to Kroger prepared food. The green beans kind of remind me of the green beans you'd get if the church had a bbq dinner sale... not bad. The baked beans... not the best. When i order, i usually have some macaroni made at home and i always have a bag of cooked greens in the freezer. I live solo so i will make food, freeze it and have it along side their meat. I did not like the greens there but the potato salad and slaw, for what it is; unless you're going to be making it... boiling and peeling potatoes...dicing celery and belle pepper, this works :)

Don't let these review stop you from trying this place out. Their bbq pizza are to die for and I suggest trying them out. There is one down side to this place though. The price tag. I mean it..I was unsure about the mango habanero sauce so it was suggested when I ordered that I get them with the sauce on the side. Well, I ate all of the wings and I still don’t know what the sauce tastes like. They were so good it never even crossed my mind to cover them with anything.. So, if anyone is new to the area (or not) and is unsure of where to order food from.. skip the big pizza chains you’ve been eating and try Passport Pizza in Roseville on 10 mile n Gratiot. “It's better than Hungry Howies in terms of service and flavor. I purchased the 2 for 9.99, and ordered 2 large 1 toppings pizzas. It was ready when we arrived. I've also ordered for delivery before and didn't have any problems. The sauce is a little sweet, thats why it wasn't 5 stars.

Update: If you order the salad, make sure they pack everything separately, because it seems like the lettuce may be kept in water. I ordered a salad which was perfect on the first day, but completely soggy by the second day. Thankfully, I had lettuce in the fridge, so I was able salvage most of the salad fixings. Also, make sure you can share the salad because it is rather large for one person.“
