“This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly service-oriented. We ordered the 3-meat sampler with sliced brisket, chopped brisket, and jalapeño sausage, and let me tell you—the sliced brisket, ordered moist, was hands-down the BEST I’ve ever had! I’d order it a thousand times over. While the chopped brisket came with sauce that we weren’t expecting, it was still fine.
The sides were just as impressive: the fries were crispy, the baked beans were perfectly seasoned, the sweet potato mash was out of this world, and the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. We topped it all off with the caramel apple cobbler, and wow—it was BOMB. So incredibly good!
This spot has everything you could want in an all-American eatery: amazing food, a super welcoming staff, and a fun, patriotic vibe. Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won't regret it!“

“WOW. So we are just now trying this place after it became only Thai... it's amazing! The food is incredible-- the fresh spring rolls were chock full of crispy veggies, plus a nice bit of chicken (optional). The drunken noodles are very complex with a nice, subtle heat. And the red curry? I have always had mixed feelings about curries... but not this one. I absolutely love it, great heat, and the shrimp option was perfect, but I am sure going straight veggie would be fantastic as well. We can't wait to try it again!“

“Authentic place. No menu, no sides, no cards, cash only. If you're looking to walk in and get some delicious no frills food this is your place. The duck was fantastic and comes with a nice sauce on the side. It was about $20 for half a duck. Looking forward to trying so more things they offer. No for the faint of heart, they pull the full duck down and chop it up right in front of you. Don't mind the complaining reviews, this place is definitely more old school but worth the stop“

“Delicious is all I can use to describe it. The ribs were literally falling off the bone tender and yummy great sauce to meat ratio. The brisket was tender as well very good with the garlic bread. The Mac and cheese was pretty good and the collard greens were the same. Well worth what I paid for it all I'll definitely be back. Bought myself birthday dinner and glad I did.“

“Happened to meet Chef Pops and his nephew Larry when I got a flat tire right outside their restaurant. First I would say they are very nice/friendly people and gave me a hand getting things started with the tire. I ended up grabbing wings, rib tips and mac and cheese after the tire was fixed. Really good authentic Detroit BBQ. I will be back. Thank you guys!“

Generally, I have been able to find high-quality and authentic Korean restaurants, although they've been elusive in some areas or states. Finally, I discovered Chung Ki Wa in Michigan. I've brought clients and friends there for numerous meals. Every visit has been worthwhile, and the restaurant offers a private area where I've been able to host my clients for an elevated dining experience and private conversations. If you're looking to experience authentic and high-quality Korean cuisine, similar to that of well-known Korean restaurants in NY, NJ, or LA, Chung Ki Wa is the place to visit“

“Wr dined at the Utica restaurant tonight at 5:30 for dinner . I cannot say enough about The food and staff . The manger came to our Table twice to ask us if we’re happy with meal And staff . “Great Pizza, They have the best bacon, the little salty pieces that stay crispy even the next day! There butter crust is excellent, fluffy & chewy. No flavors options but they do have dipping sauces, the garlic butters great & you get alot. They also have by the slice Pizza & breadsticks. It was $1.50 for a long slice of cheese bread. It was equal to 3 reg. size pieces in my opinion.
Parking: It's in a shopping center or strip mall! Plenty of parking & Accessbility.“

She is very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had an extremely pleasant and relaxing visit. Our food was delicious and full of flavor. Highly recommend you give them a try and definitely ask for Leila, you won't be disappointed.“

“Wow, really good fish and chips. Even in a take out container the fish is so crispy on the outside, hard to see in the pictures but the inside is nice and so flaky. The fries could use some salt, but they are yummy as well.

“Today the food was horrible. I ordered country fried steak the gravy was cold and the meat was burnt. My eggs were cold. I should have taken a picture of my food. I don't feel well. I will never ever eat there again. I did notify the Manager. Horrible food. But my waitress was awesome.“

“I was working on a job and was utilizing their lot unknowingly. The daughter came out and asked if I was okay. After everything was cleared up, I asked if they make personal pizzas, which they do. I went inside to pay for it, and “pops” as I see people refer him as, paid for my food. That was a very kind gesture of kindness. The next time I have a job in the area, I’ll be back! The pizza was great!“

“We have been going here for years. I can basically say I have so rarely been disappointed, I can't remember! Their ribs are phenomenal! Hamburgers are juicy, tastey, and large, with selection. Salads are great and consistent! Lots of people go for the pizzas. This restaurant has a consistent reputation of good food and service.“
