“If you haven’t been to Modern Cone yet, it’s definitely worth a stop. They have a great selection of flavors and fun options, so there’s always something different to try. The shop is clean, well put together, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it an easy place to hang out.
The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful if you need suggestions. Overall it’s just a solid spot to grab dessert, whether you’re going with family or meeting up with friends. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Perfect, peaceful cafe. Had both the espresso and cappuccino during different visits. They were brewed at the right temp, which allowed for immediate sipping without burning my mouth. The Gelato was great and and was very smooth. The spoons were cute too. Kids and I have returned 2xs after discovery of this place and enjoy the simple, elegant and peaceful vibes the environment provides to end a long day or week. Staff is also extremely friendly.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We can’t say enough amazing things about Scoop and Twist! Not only do they serve the best ice cream around, but they also have the biggest hearts for our community. They generously donated ice cream for the Dakota Football team’s annual tailgate, keeping our boys cool on a 90-degree day. We are beyond thankful for their kindness and support—it means so much to all of us! 💙🏈🍦 On top of that, Scoop and Twist is the only place we trust for hard scooped ice cream. As a family with kids who have nut allergies, it’s priceless to know how careful they are. They keep nut and non-nut ice creams completely separate and never use the same scooper. They truly think of everything and everyone, and it shows how much they care. We love supporting this locally owned gem, and we’ll keep coming back again and again. “The Apple Bar was delicious! So far my favorite sandwiches are the Italian Lunch Wrap and Veggie Bun. The Chocolate Almond Croissant is wonderful as well. I'd like to try some of the other bagel sandwiches. Wish they were open later bc I get out of work after they close. My friend and I loved the ambience. We plan on coming back.“

“Detroit Cookie Company responded right away to my inquiry about ordering a cookie cake for a friend even though it was after hours. The cashiers inside the St. Clair Shores location were also very nice and all the cookies looked so delicious I had to get a couple for myself. Very much appreciated and highly recommend!“

“I have been going to this place since I was 8 years old. I met the girl that would give me my first kiss there and the staff are some of the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. I'm 32 and married now and have almost a lifetime of memories associated with Miracle Soda Shoppe. It is a place where a kid can literally be surrounded by the innocence of childhood. I feel terrible that I never thought to leave a review for them sooner, I have been by a few times in my adulthood and it was the same as it was when I was a kid. Thank you guys for being a positive staple in the neighborhood!“
