“We didn’t realize that on Saturday they would close at 2pm. Although the parking lot was nearly empty we decided to look and see if they were still open. Len greeted us and said they had closed at 2. It was now after 3. Even though they were closed they let us come in to use the restrooms and offered to let us drink a beer outside in plastic cups. All the employees were friendly and didn’t act put off that we were there. That is customer service at its best ! We will definitely go back again ! Thanks everyone for your stellar service ! 😊“

“Sara is the best Server in Mt Pleasant. She made our visit great. BBQ is Delicious, reminds me of BBQ from my home state of Tennessee. We went on a day where Sara was the only Server and she handled it like A CHAMP!!! Will definitely be back.“

“I was craving a good bar burger and Google pointed me here. It was so good I went back a few days later for pizza. I can't speak to the atmosphere as I have carried out on each visit but everything I've ordered has been outstanding.“

The server was the only one working and she had a bit of a rush when we got there, but she was still professional, timely, and made sure our drinks were always full. “It was my first time there went for brunch after church with friends. The service was great. The wait staff was patient, and knowledgeable because asked all kind of questions. All six of us order different kinds of breakfast. It didn't take a long time for the breakfast to arrive; it was hot and good. The portion are nice size I was full the ham might be a reason I will go back it was fresh and tender. The restaurant and the restroom pretty clean.“

“Was so busy people were huddled in their vestibule aka front door 🚪 was so busy they shut down the online ordering was shut down and the port dude at the curbside 🚪 was running around in the controlled chaos. However I do have a tiny little issue. When you order a salad 🥗 for example inside it's a big platter full of goodness but I ordered to go it was far less sized yet paid full and same price but was almost half sized smaller. so 🤔 was I ripped off? Or is this normal for to go orders?“

“There is one issue and others have same issue with is they close so early at 2pm it's very hard to dine here finding them open. Which automatically make us go to other places. So you need longer hours just do. Otherwise it's a top notch place with incredible food and seating area.“

“I got the Caesar salad with chicken and my wife go the beer battered cod I believe (special for the day). We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly and attentive. The one annoying thing (and I don't believe this is even on the restaurant, probably the plaza owners fault), the lights in the parking lot were still off even though it was dark out. Just something to keep in mind if you are going at night.“

“My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“I've never seen such huge portions. The food was delicious and came out quick. The staff was very attentive.. We sat at the counter and the cook engaged in conversation with us and was so friendly.“

“We celebrated my grandfather's birthday and we all loved it. Very worth the try. It is now called PAZ but it is the same big sign outside, and nice.

Vegetarian options: If you don't do cheese, just ask for it off, they make it all to order, they have dairy free breads too.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to all things milk, and they have options for that. They were very thorough with my questions and their answers. I also happen to be pregnant and they were happy to accommodate.

Parking: Inside an outdoor mall, easy to park.

Kid-friendliness: The place is big enough, spacious enough and even though I didn't have my kids at the time it was clearly capable of having kids and have kid friendly options too.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers to go through with ease. I didn't notice if they were electric though. I don't think they were though, like that button some places (mostly doctors and hospitals) have to open the door...“

“My family likes to try new things so we stopped here on our way home from my son’s football game. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. She was kind and attentive. We never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was fantastic and came out fairly quick! We will definitely go back when we are in the area again.“

“Stopped in the other night to pick up a burger for dinner. Had a rum & cola while waiting. There was two waitresses working, I delt with both, not knowing which one was assigned to my table. Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted. “Will not go again. This is a steak house and after making three attempts to make a filet mignon steak correct, still all three were mushy, gray, not seared and unable to cut. Ordered medium rare and never came back that way. Lobster tails sent out under cooked had to be sent back. Not charged for meal but made a special dinner not enjoyable. Our server was excellent.“
