“Subs are pretty good. Service is good other then the last couple times I went the workers English was almost unable to understand. I had to repeat myself several times and ask them to repeat themselves several time. Very friendly, I just think someone who can speak English a little better should be taking the drive-thru window orders.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “There is a baseline for a pretty good sub. Penn station meets that baseline easily, and you get a satisfying sub here. You know all the typical sub types, and they have them.

What sets penn station apart from its competitors are really great French fries. If I'm choosing a sub place and they're fairly similar in quality, I'll take penn station because of the fries.“

“I just really wanted to shout out the gentleman working here this evening! I always feel guilty when I have to order at jersey mikes because I am gluten free due to allergy/celiac disease. Not only did they make me not feel at all like a bother but they were so thorough with all the precautions for cross contamination! Top notch cleaning of the slicing machine, cutting board, got new gloves, and a new clean knife from the back that they kept separately and in a bag to keep it protected. They were both also super kind, funny, and just a joy to be around while I waited for the food to be made. I nearly cried tears of joy for such a safe and wonderful experience! My food was tasty too! :) thank you for making my night!“

“This was my first time to this location, and my first time to Capt'n Nemo's in many years. I grew up eating at the downtown Romulus location and this location kept that nostalgic feeling. The subs were delicious. I saw many reviews stating about the size of these subs and I feel as though they are plenty large enough. We will be back again.“

“This place is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, it isn't ever extremely busy, the food is fresh, fast, and the place is always clean. The original size is a solid portion, and priced fairly. Considering the fast food across the street costs just as much these days, Potbelly is a no-brainer. I also hear the shakes are good!“
