“Noone in my entire life has ever impressed me with coffee. I drink it daily, but to me, coffee is just coffee.... until I had Tony's Banana Foster Coffee. It is amazing, as is the cozy store with breakfast and treats, ambiance and charm and the staff is the best! It is definately worth the drive and always great to support local businesses!“

“I really can't say enough about this place. I've been to many biggby locations and this one takes the cake! The staff is impeccable! They are so helpful, happy, and really make our day even more great than the drinks do. And the drinks! Oh the drinks! What a wonderful place. I love the service and products from here so much, I've been considering buying into the franchise to open a store somewhere down south where they're limited at this time. The world needs to all have the pleasure of Biggby :) 5 stars!!!!“

“It was my first time ever using a big big coffee and the woman with glasses who helped me out at the register could not have made things more easy! “I've been going to this location since it opened. The baristas there are the best! They're helpful, accommodating, and always have something cool to say or talk about. In like 18 months of going there 3-5 times a week they have never once messed up my drink!

“I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“

“I used the lobby just a bit ago to get a decaf iced black coffee. I walked in to see everyone in a great mood, a boy hustling to get something, a girl grabbing Tim bits so fast, and my girl welcomed me with a big smile!! They were so quick, and more importantly, so friendly, with how busy they were!! My girl was conscious of not putting too much ice in my coffee so she didn’t water it down. In all of the chaos, she still cared enough for my drink!! That shows so much!! To my girl, your kindness and care did not go unnoticed this morning!! Thank you for being so awesome!!! Your team worked so well together this morning and you all deserve huge kudos for that!!“

“I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!“

“The folks working today were very quick and kind! Turns out there was some confusion with our order because there were 3 with the same name (and mine is a bit unique). The folks working got it sorted immediately after some confusion. Food was delicious and made properly, this is our go to Tim Hortons now!“
