“There are about 10 retirees of us that try a new breakfast place every couple of weeks. This was one of our favorite places out of the 20 places we have had breakfast at. Highly recommend it for anyone good prices and lots of food for the price. One thing I really noticed is how all the employees were really friendly and welcoming.“

“TLDR: Good food, nice atmosphere, good drinks, GREAT social fries!I’ve visited this place a few times over the last year and have never been disappointed in my experience. No matter what time I’ve come in, I rarely have to wait to be seated. This time, I visited with my friend and her 4 year-old. They provided a kids menu with a coloring page and crayons, which was very entertaining for the kiddo. We both ordered one of the special drinks- I forgot to get a photo of the name of it, so of course I forgot what it was called, but it was delicious and had sherry in it, in case you visit during the time that they are still offering the spring specials (see photo).Kiddo ordered a cheeseburger and fries (which he didn’t touch ?) and his mom and I ordered the social grilled cheese (without ham- bc no meat!) and goat cheese tomato soup (it comes with the sandwich). I’ve been here a few times and have ordered other things- I do love the Lobster Mac, for instance- but I keep coming back for this dang grilled cheese and soup! We got social fries with the order, which are their French fries with garlic, butter and some other delicious spice, served with ranch or Chipotle ranch- although I just dip those bad boys into my tomato soup ?. Kiddo didn’t eat his cheeseburger because he was stealing his mom’s grilled cheese- it’s THAT good - like “upon dipping sandwich into soup, 4-year-old’s eyes rolled into the back of his head” good.I forgot to get pics of the food because I C was starving and just mowed down, but if you can imagine a thick tomato bisque made even thicker with goat cheese, you get the idea. The atmosphere is that of a pub/diner and the wait staff is very nice and accommodating.I’ll be back, of course!Vegetarian options: I got grilled cheese and tomato soup- seems vegetarian to me!Parking: There’s not ever been a completely full parking lot, despite the restaurant always being busy!Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu which doubles as a coloring page and crayons for the kiddos!“

“Today is Shelly's last day as owner before Terry takes over. If anything, Shelly has been an amazing woman for the community and established a staple diner in the area. Every local in the immediate area knows about this place and knows it's a gem. Classic American breakfast and lunch that brings a smile to everybody's face with competitive pricing and a friendly staff to boot. We will miss Shelly and we will fully support Terry on his new adventure!Kid-friendliness: The staff here love kids.“

“I'm not usually big on chain restaurants, but everything here was spot-on! The staff were friendly and responsive, the food was prepared well, and the whole place was super clean. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area!“

“First time trying this place even though we live in BC. Just a breakfast/lunch place so that's typically tougher for us to go to but glad we were able to stop in. Apparently they've recently been renovated so I don't know what it was like before but everything did seem newer and definitely clean. Service was per quick and friendly, I forget our young servers name but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I got the hot pot roast sandwich, it was tasty with the gravy over everything: maybe too much after awhile but it did remind me of how ma and grandma used to do it! Kids portions were the right amount and they loved it and the wrap my wife got was fresh and tasty as well. Best thing about this place is the prices are home town and home cooking worthy (think the highest thing on menu is $15), so very reasonable price for reasonable and filling portions. We'll be back to try breakfast at some point I know!“

“Went to breakfast with 6 people. Service was a bit slow (they were not busy), but server was very nice. All of our food was cool or cold when we received it. We just ate it & didn't complain, we didn't want to wait again. I will try it again in hopes that it was just a bad instance this time.“

“Fastest restaurant I've ever received my lunch. However when I called ahead to order and talk to the AI it said it would be available for pickup in 35 minutes.. (1 order of mozzarella sticks) But, since I was working next door and walked over and ordered food and it was ready within 5 minutes. The actual restaurant is in A+ but the AI is total failure, especially considering there was at least 3 people working there that could of answered the phone and took my order and gave me a real actual time to pick it up.. if I wasn't next door I would have hung up on AI and went somewhere else.. Nobody wants to talk to a fake person when they're trying to get their food. Zero stars for the AI.“

“Service was fast & friendly, and everyone loved their food. Omelets are very big and could easily feed 2 people. They were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Home fries were delicious, too. Will definitely stop in again when we are in the area.“

“Well well well, what we have here is a slice of home, no matter where you are from. The depot balances small town charm with big city taste so well, you and your partner will be planning your next visit before you get out of the door. There is such a strong family dynamic in the restaurant, and such friendly staff. Not only friendly, but EFFICIENT. I kid you not within 5-10 minutes of sitting down I was digging into the most genius breakfast dish I’ve ever seen. A scramble, but in a bowl….a shuffle! If you are someone who loves a quaint, comfy restaurant where time slows down to about half speed, get yourself here as fast as you can before word gets around about this beautiful treasure.“

“Love the food and I'm not a coffee drinker myself. The wraps are so good. I have even rented it out for a rehearsal dinner and it was a fun place to go. We have used them for catering once too. A great place to go that's not a franchise“

“TLDR: The Grandville Anna’s House is as good as any other I’ve been to. The food is always good, the servers are always kind, and the atmosphere is always noisy as heck with kiddos screaming ? but I’ll still always go back!We went for brunch today around 1pm. We ordered coffee, hot tropical green tea and a fresh squeezed (juiced) orange juice. The coffee was not exactly hot, but it was when it was topped up. My tea was perfect, and so was the orange juice- complete with the foamy goodness on top that you can only get from fresh juice- with a hint of the rind flavor …?I ordered the Southwest Eggs Benedict with American fries- it was everything I hoped it would be. It was a lot of food, and the vegetarian sausage tasted really good. I ended up boxing half of it and taking it home to eat tonight. He ordered a waffle with sides of turkey sausage and regular bacon. He poured syrup over his sausages, in case you’re wondering if they came like how they are shown in the picture- they do not ?. He ate his meal in its entirety and said it was good. The atmosphere is very diner-esque. It was very noisy because of the juice pressing (they have several types of fresh juices- see photos) but it always has been each time I’ve visited Anna’s house so I assume it’s meant to be that way.Overall, I’ll return, as it is always a good place for good tea and brunch, friendly service and consistent experiences.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie eggs Benedict (southwest) and it was very good. There are several vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: They will take out whatever you can’t eat.Parking: There is usually enough parking in the free parking lot, but have noticed during busy hours that people will park in the roundabout or down the street.Kid-friendliness: If kids like waffles, pancakes or meat, this place should be good for them. There’s always some kids screaming in there whenever I’ve visited ?Wheelchair accessibility: Location is on the first floor, although I did not see a handicapped button to open does automatically.“

“First time here on Friday night and enjoyed it for what it was - a fun little local spot. They had live entertainment that night which we really enjoyed. Service was great and so was the food. We got the deep fried tacos and southwest egg rolls. We will be back!“

“My wife and I stopped at Bosco's Pub to kill time while our kid was at soccer practice. It's not a very big place, but offered a comfortable atmosphere. From the menu I ordered the Steakhouse Burger. This was a Angus beef patty with Swiss cheese, caramelized onion, mushrooms, chipotle and A-1 sauce. I ordered mine with no mushrooms. The presentation was very nice. It came out on a tray lined with paper. It had a generous serving of crisp golden fries. The burger was served on a nice soft pretzel colored bun. The first bite was amazing! The flavor came in waves and were evenly balanced. You first tasted the char grill that wasn't over powering. Then the chipotle sauce and the A-1 alternated with each bite both complementing each other. The caramelized onions added a nice texture with each bite.I had never heard of this place until last night and I have been telling my friends and colleagues about it ever since.“

“Only fast food restaurant I'll eat at. A little pricier than average, but it's better quality and I'll gladly pay the difference.Kid-friendliness: It's a place I feel comfortable bringing my 6 year old. We visit Culver's on average 2-3x a month. I really love their kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream“
“Nice place, well maintained. Good food in the restaurant. It is a private golf course, so membership is needed for range or golf, but anyone is welcome to come to the restaurant. You can also host larger parties there. Their wedding gazebo is super cute.“

“Holidays are hard if they hit capacity before you arrive. Go early. Miss the days where there were reservations available but post-covid...adjust positively right?! Plan ahead.Parking: Again, they pack it in. Everyone loves THB. Ditto, me too!! Go early. If you go during bar hour, plan to be patient looking for a parking spot.“

“Bar food done right - and they have daily specials, like $8 for a burger and fires/tots/onion rings with a draft pint. That is a steal in an economy where most burgers are $16 and fries are extra. Food is good and the drinks are strong. Service is always super quick and friendly. They have pool tables and various games, along with live music on weekends and a comedy show on Wednesdays. There is a small lot in back for parking, or some street parking.“

“My husband and I have been looking for bars like this in the Grandville area and have come to realize... there aren't any. Thankfully, Sports Center Cafe is close by. We stopped in for some drinks and an appetizer on a Saturday afternoon and their nachos did not disappoint! They were generous with the toppings and you can't beat happy hour pricing. We will be back.“

“We had a wonderful experience tonight. My kids were hyper and the staff was super patient. Fish, chicken tenders, boneless wings, mini corn dogs, tots, fries, pork rinds, and deep fried Oreos. It was all delicious. A heads up would have been nice about the sweet and spicy seasoning on the pork rinds though. They were yummy, but the kids and I are not fans of spice.Kid-friendliness: The staff was patient and the atmosphere just felt welcoming. It wasn't loud inside, but also not super quiet where I would feel embarrassed when my kids got a little loud.“
“An amazing place to meet up for drinks, and really good food. All of their beers are incredible. Add in wine, wine slushies and seltzers for non beer drinking friends and there's something for everyone.Even their root beer for the kiddos.“

“One thing I can always appreciate is a brewery that has a small menu and they do it right! None of the food ordered was bad or even average, but done just right. The drinks were also very delicious. It is a smaller place, but feels comforting.“

“I dropped someone off at CSL to donate plasma. Decided to stop here to get something to eat while I waited. Took about 15 minutes for someone to come to my table to greet me. It really wasn't busy at all.The speed for my food wasn't too bad. I received one refill, then I didn't see the server again for an hour. I had to go looking for her to get my bill after waiting an hour and a half after finishing eating. I shouldn't have tipped as much as I did because of that. It's not like they were busy, the servers were talking to someone.Food was good though! Food made up for the terrible service. It wasn't too loud since it wasn't busy. There was about 8 tables with people at them when i visited during the lunch hour. I got there at 11:30 am, finally left at 2 pm after getting the bill.“
“Miss rose is the best my family and I been coming for almost 20 years. She has always been there. Knows my family loves everyone equally. She keeps us coming back. I slipped up went to dennys worst mistake of my life I will drove the extra 20 minutes just for the good service and food. It's hard to find people that actually love their job and sje does it shows. Miss rose will always be a family member“

“Nothing too fancy and has the old diner feels. People here are super nice and it doesn't feel rushed like most places in GR. Time to sit and enjoy some simple food for a decent price. Plenty of parking and easy entrance. Breakfast ends at 11 but I'll have to come back and try a lunch here sometime ! Sara D was our waitress and she was spectacular.“

“This is a very comfortable restaurant. The cosy decor and excellent staff make you feel welcome. Our server, Maddie, was excellent, very professional. The food was not up to par, however. I had the jumbo shrimp in honey garlic sauce, baked potato and balsamic brussels sprouts. The shrimp were overcooked and tough, and the baked potato had been warming for too long. My guest had the garlic parmesan walleye dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans. The fish was very bland and the garlic mashed potatoes didn't taste good.Overall, the food was under seasoned and honestly, kind of boring to eat. It all looked nice on the plate but the flavors were lacking. Not something that makes us want to visit again.Maybe it was an off night for the restaurant and ours was not a typical experience.“

“This was going to be a horrible review but I'll spare the details because of the wonderful, kind, and outgoing manager with blonde hair who made it right! One thing I will say is I don't recommend the $40 build your own "feast" because the value is not there at all for the amount of food you receive (no not expecting pounds of food because profit still needs to be made.) It just looks not even close to the pictures.“
