“The boys (my dogs) and I were off to a reward for their Vet trip But because I haven't eaten at a Mcdonald's in So long i forgot what I liked and yet the girl taking my order was So sweet and patient with me! And to top it off, the girl whom I paid my order to offered my dogs scoobie snax! This experience was Super NICE and surprising! 🥰“

“The tag to best describe this place is: FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff is amazing! The manager is leading from the front tonight and I just watched an irate lady yell about how she had to wait over 5 minutes, even though it’s almost Christmas and there’s a huge stow storm coming. These employees are setting the example of pride in work and humility in service. I sat for over an hour and was just amazed at how much pride they have in their work ethic and how well they handled the worst customer I know.“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“I always try to stop in here when I am in the West Lansing area. The atmosphere is always calm and peaceful, the staff always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and best of all the furniture is very, very comfortable! I tell everyone about them!“

“I am a 70 year old tea drinker who stopped in for a little caffeine kick. Thought I would try one of the coffee options. I just wanted to go basic, maybe with a cocoa side note without a bunch of sugar or cream. Maddie, and Colleen were both enthusiastic about my rookie coffee status and went into coaching mode. They were both great about suggesting options and guided me to the perfect solution for my caffeine kick and I had fun in the process. Thanks so much for having an enthusiastic team who are well versed in all the available options, and patient with customers who aren’t. They may have converted me from the error of my tea drinking ways. Ha Ha“

“Anna‘s house rarely disappoints. I was impressed with the staff at this new location because we went during the snowstorm. They had multiple staff that called off and the few that were there were still kind, attentive, and delivered quick service. The place was full in spite of the storm. The food came out perfect, even though they were short staffed in the kitchen as well.“

“I'm in sales,on the road frequently. Today, I needed a place to do some computer work and was in the lobby for 2 hours doing computer work and observing the team while working.
All I have to say....... This team ROCKS! Friendly, helpful, professional! The food was HOT, fresh, and my oder was correct! They even politely delivered to my table! Best McDonalds I've been to in a LONG TIME!!! It made me smile watching this team work together, and perform during lunch rush!“
