“Just ate there with my husband, daughter, and grandson. We had heard they had good food. Boy were the reviews right. We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. Great experience. Will definitely be going back there.“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“Yesterday was my first time eating here and the food was amazing! As someone who has had celiac disease for over a decade and had never eaten at a 100% gluten free restaurant, the experience was surreal. 🥹 To be able to look at a menu and order anything I wanted was an incredible feeling. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

“I ordered from uber eats and the delivery driver got lost and normally I expect the food to be cold.
When I finally got it I was impressed with how the fries were still crisp. Just 30 seconds in the microwave the burger was amazing and melted in my mouth. Exceptional job!!!!!“

Special call-out to the server with a beard who was particularly attentive to when our kiddo picked up the bag from the counter and said thank you, the guy paid enough attention to make eye contact and say you're welcome. I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? “Don’t let the reviews fool you.! People have their own opinions of places of any kind. The food taste like it is fresh cooked, it doesn’t have that fast food taste or greasy texture. I’ve never had an issue here and I’ve been coming for over a year. The prices are decent and the main guy is always super polite and helpful. Their fries are amazing, always fresh and hot. I’ve seen a lot of workers come in for pick ups in the summer especially. It’s a great place to do a pick up order for some hot and fresh food or even to have a nice sit down.“

- Dish: Hard Shell Taco. Yep, about what you’d expect. Nothing wrong. Just your cookie-cutter taco. My son thoroughly enjoyed it as he does most any taco.

- Dish: Burrito. Again, about what you’d expect. A bit heavier on the beans.

- Service: Geared more toward ordering online or using the kiosks. Took a bit of convincing to have someone take our order, but we were taken care of.

- Atmosphere: Very pleasant modern fast food restaurant feel with a flare of Mexican. A few of the tables were dirty, but there were enough for us to select a clean table. There were no other customers at the time of our visit, but there was a lot going on in the drive-thru.

- Conclusion: It’s your standard fast food restaurant. You get what you pay for.

“I honestly would recommend this place over the major fast food places. I’ve never had an order wrong and they’re very quick and the food is always super tasty and warm.! 10/10 recommend trying their cheesecake sundaes.! They’re absolutely AMAZING and a great quick and yummy dessert. The staff a few times were a bit “rude” but not everyone has their best days.! I won’t let that affect their rates honestly. The service there gets the job done and my food is excellent. There is no dine in, which most I do believe already don’t have any.! The drive thru goes by pretty quickly which I appreciate the short wait. If you want some yummy food come here.! It’s not greasy and it’s always correct and amazing for me.

“It's taco bell.That being said, this location is cleaner than most. I came in around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite. The workers were jamming. I got my food in minutes.I've historically had issues with this location, where Ive arrived in the later hours and this place was closed but hours on Google said it was open. That was frustrating for the several times it happened. Not sure if that was a staffing issue?Either way, it looks like it got remodeled and has more staff now. I'll come by again

Vegetarian options: My go to option is the Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no nacho cheese, add lettuce, tomato and extra rice and red sauce, then grill it. I get like 3 of those and it's 6 bucks.Ask to have the burritos Fresco style if you want it Vegan (It additionally takes off the creamy jalapeno sauce which has eggs)“

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“We usually go to the LJS near our home but were out on the other end of town. We were met by a lady named Andrea, whom I believe was the manager. She flashed us a big smile with a hearty “welcome”. The place was so clean, and bright. Food prepared by Dave was crispy and delicious. Just a shout out to them both! We visited the LJS out on 28th street Grand Rapids, MI. “I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“
