My main concern was the cleanliness of this location. Cleanliness greatly affects our eating experience at restaurants with our young children. The stacks of highchairs looked like they have never been wiped off. The doors all had handprint grease smudges ALL over them
(more than just a days worth). The floors looked like they had not been swept at all that day. These are just a few examples.“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. “Drove over 2 hours to try Freddy’s Steakburgers - my son had been there before. Gotta say it was worth the drive, the burgers were fabulous (and the fries & custard didn’t disappoint) plus a great road trip with my kids. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.“

“This was my first encounter with Chick-fil-A in my adult life. I have since visited countless of times. It’s always been there for me: after good days and bad ones, in the middle of finals week, the end of a busy one, and after a crappy date. It’s reliable and consistent (which is more than many people are these days). I even missed the first 15 minutes of Dune to make a stop here before my movie. I think about this particular location every now and then.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“2026: we came to this location and had a very good experience. Our order was correct and came out in a decent amount of time. The eating area could have been cleaner, but they were surprisingly busy for mid-afternoon. So they were doing what they could. We would definitely come back here again.

2022: I do love taco bell but they need to read the order better at this location and make sure to get it right. The food was good but not entirely what I ordered.

Update: we tried going here again and it wasn't any better. They forgot to give us half of our food after we waited a long time inthe drive thru. I understand people can make mistakes but I have issues everytime at this location. The rice was crunchy too. Other than that, it was good and we do love Taco Bell in general. This location has room for improvement.“

“The last time I had been to Arby's they had their 5 for 5 deal. So it's been awhile. However I went there recently with a friend who loves their jamocha shakes which are delicious and out of curiosity I got a roast beef sandwich and brought back a lot of memories of me in the 90s chowing down on five roast beef sandwiches for five bucks!

The staff is always polite and friendly. They're quick to get your food and it's always presentable. I've only been on the inside once but it seemed kind of cold and sterile not really a warm welcoming environment.“

- Cheese Burger - $8: The burger patty was medium well and decent. The toppings (lettuce, onion, and tomato) were extremely fresh and crisp. The mayo was extremely light and there was no ketchup. They did not have many of the typical burger sauces available in the dining area so I skipped adding more rather than asking at the counter. The bun was huge comparatively, soft but dense, and overall great.

- Fried Chicken Sandwich - $9: A breaded and fried chicken piece in a hoagie bun with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo. Delicious and large.

Their menu is quite extensive and unique. They have basic American food including burgers, phillies, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets and wings, fish, and salad. They also have some unique items as well including gyros, egg rolls, crab rangoon, okra, crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clams, lobster tail, and more.

- Service: Got the order right and was helpful. Mainly to the point. You order at the counter and pick it up at the counter when called.

- Atmosphere: There are about four tables with four chairs each. There is a self-serve soda dispenser (water available), a few basic condiments (no mayo), and a restroom. It was kept clean and updated.

- Conclusion: Good value and a basic restaurant atmosphere.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who served us when we dined in on July 6 around 1-2pm, but he was a wonderful employee who deserves to move up in the company. “I’ve stopped at this locations a few times over the past couple of months and every time going through the drive through they have been so pleasant. And when I’ve had my dog with me they've gone out of their way to love on her and share some nuggets. The food has always been made fresh. And last night they went out of their way to help me out when my bank card would not work by handing me the food I ordered and simply telling me it’s on them and to have a good night. After the week I had, I needed that moment. Kindness with a smile will always bring me back as a costumer.“

“One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“

But we put a lot of the orders in online ahead and Reesha had many of it done when we arrived, and for those that still need to order, she managed the entire store all by herself. “Heads-up out of towners, this is not your typical Qdoba. Google Maps directs you to the parking garage of the Devos Hospital, in which Qdoba is located at the street level of the hospital's food court. Food and service were decent for a smaller storefront. However, it seems this Qdoba is geared more for hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Felt kinda weird showing up as a non-hospital related customer. There is a parking fee for the garage (somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.00/30 minutes?). It was a very confusing location if looking for Qdoba downtown.“

“I like JJ but not enough to eat it frequently. But after working nearby I get it almost everyday. What got me is how they prepare it. You get every single component in every bite. What kind of ruined it for me is most locations just stuff it with meat and you have to work your way through to the mayo, jimmy peppers etc.. but here everything is balanced. I know this is just a chain fast food shop, but wow does it make a difference and I look forward to my lunches now. Just to further support this review, last Saturday I ate the Cubano at the location near 44th and Eastern. Couldn’t eat it after couple bites, just too much meat and had to take so many bites to reach the other toppings I requested. Ordered the Cubano here today.. finished it..“

There was about a minute wait, but the food l ordered was fresh and hot.
The Mexican Pizza that l ordered was pristine, tasty, and aesthetically pleasing.
The Melty Pepperjack Steak Burritos couldn't have been any better. Served up hot with even distribution of fillings.
The fries were great! Hot and fresh. The nacho cheese sauce was piping hot as well.
Right on down to the Mountain Dew Baja Blast that was cold and refreshing and the cup wasn't full of a ton of ice. filled with a bunch of ice.
Great experience all the way around.
Friendly staff.
Clean facility.
Large parking lot.
It's next to a Freddy's which is great just in case you was to get a delicious custard for dessert.“

If you’re looking for crispy fried chicken with great flavor, this place delivers!

The chicken was seasoned all the way through—not just on the outside—and the coating was perfectly crispy and crunchy without being greasy. Every bite was flavorful and cooked just right. The potato wedges were cooked well, but they could definitely use a little more seasoning to make them stand out.

One of the reasons I keep coming back is because my 94-year-old father absolutely loves the whole whiting. It’s become one of his favorite meals, so I always order the whole whiting for him. He really enjoys it, and it’s nice to have a place where I know he’ll be happy with his food.

The restaurant itself shows some wear and tear, and the lobby could use a deep cleaning and a little refreshing. However, what stood out to me even more than the food was the owner. He greeted everyone with a smile, worked incredibly hard, and treated every customer with genuine kindness and appreciation. You can tell he takes pride in serving his community and is doing the very best he can.

Sometimes it’s not just about the food—it’s about the people behind it. I’ll gladly come back for the crispy chicken, the whole whiting for my father, and to support a local business owner who clearly cares about his customers.

“I've loved it every time I've been here. Its clean and quiet. No TVs being shoved down your throat like a lot seem to do. Every time I get either their Spicy Chicken or Dave's Double (combo, of course). Sure its not an upscale restaurant, but I would rather have good food done right than a chef trying to show off that he can make something fancy (but tastes mediocre).
This location has vastly improved over what it was like 15 years ago.“
