Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. - Cheese Burger - $8: The burger patty was medium well and decent. The toppings (lettuce, onion, and tomato) were extremely fresh and crisp. The mayo was extremely light and there was no ketchup. They did not have many of the typical burger sauces available in the dining area so I skipped adding more rather than asking at the counter. The bun was huge comparatively, soft but dense, and overall great.

- Fried Chicken Sandwich - $9: A breaded and fried chicken piece in a hoagie bun with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo. Delicious and large.

Their menu is quite extensive and unique. They have basic American food including burgers, phillies, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets and wings, fish, and salad. They also have some unique items as well including gyros, egg rolls, crab rangoon, okra, crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clams, lobster tail, and more.

- Service: Got the order right and was helpful. Mainly to the point. You order at the counter and pick it up at the counter when called.

- Atmosphere: There are about four tables with four chairs each. There is a self-serve soda dispenser (water available), a few basic condiments (no mayo), and a restroom. It was kept clean and updated.

- Conclusion: Good value and a basic restaurant atmosphere.

This Grand Rapids location is a staple in the community as a fastfood restaurant near 'easttown'. Located on the famous Michigan Medical Mile. This vintage restaurant is a classic taste of good 'ol Burgers, Seasoned French Fries and wings.
Try a shake to go or one of the other assorted menu items. Late night or early afternoon. Many people service this restaurant with a smile that is given up on payment.
Tonight, I tried mozzarella sticks at store #1077 and I'll say they sure were fried with a delicious delightful touch. Fried golden brown and served with Marinara sauce.

I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s! I called to place a very large pick-up order of 39 happy meals and Travis was great. He was very friendly, and made sure the order was complete- even with all of the special requests. “I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location.
