Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. “Me and my buddy were munching on a Thursday afternoon, originally planning on hitting Canes… but the line was looking like a Travis Scott concert, so we dipped. Chick-fil-A welcomed us like long-lost family. I swear the second we walked in, I felt peace, purpose, and God’s favor in that lobby.

We ordered our food, and then LISA pulled up like an absolute legend. Friendly? Bro… friendLY doesn’t even describe it. She was the definition of hospitality. She brought our food out with the biggest smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like VIPs. I genuinely felt loved. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to frame her picture somewhere.

And the food? Magnificent. Like angels were back there cooking. That first bite had me questioning every life decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve Chick-fil-A.

- Cheese Burger - $8: The burger patty was medium well and decent. The toppings (lettuce, onion, and tomato) were extremely fresh and crisp. The mayo was extremely light and there was no ketchup. They did not have many of the typical burger sauces available in the dining area so I skipped adding more rather than asking at the counter. The bun was huge comparatively, soft but dense, and overall great.

- Fried Chicken Sandwich - $9: A breaded and fried chicken piece in a hoagie bun with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo. Delicious and large.

Their menu is quite extensive and unique. They have basic American food including burgers, phillies, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets and wings, fish, and salad. They also have some unique items as well including gyros, egg rolls, crab rangoon, okra, crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clams, lobster tail, and more.

- Service: Got the order right and was helpful. Mainly to the point. You order at the counter and pick it up at the counter when called.

- Atmosphere: There are about four tables with four chairs each. There is a self-serve soda dispenser (water available), a few basic condiments (no mayo), and a restroom. It was kept clean and updated.

- Conclusion: Good value and a basic restaurant atmosphere.

“This place is amazing. Great food made fresh, and the employees are nice and polite. Only downside I think you'll run into is that its always busy, probably because its so good. Definitely recommended to bring the family. Get the beef pot roast platter on sour dough bread with instead of a roll.“

This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. I thought it was just the initial greeting that was AI, but it was AI throughout the entire ordering process, which was honestly kind of weird, but not necessarily a bad thing. “I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location.
The supervisor I spoke with was very kind and apologetic and offered me to come in the next day to either have it remade or get a full refund. I went in the next day and he remade my whole order with no hesitation. Great customer service.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me.
