Oh my heavens, delicious doesn't aptly describe the baked goods I ate. The muffins and bread are made with clean, natural ingredients - no fillers or junk. Every item has a distinct flavor profile. The blueberry muffins were bursting with blueberries. The honey drizzle on the cinnamon croissant muffin was divine, tasted like it came straight from the beehive. Le Rouge has a new fan!“

“My mother, daughter, nieces and myself have long attended this delightful establishment. The food has always been exceptional and creative, with different monthly options. Yesterday, I took my mother there to pick up a special lunch for her 100th birthday, and they certainly did not fail to disappoint! They were way more than kind to her and we took home a fabulous lunch of quiche, salad and dessert pie. Each morsel was absolutely delicious and we both ate our entire meal. Mom loves the crust they make here the best, and she comes from a long line of excellent bakers who used wood stoves for their creations. So many flavours ..not just the norm, like Ricotta ( which by the way was my Favourite ) , tiramisu , all fruit flavours and Bavarian cream too. The actual donut itself was so light and married the filling beautifully.👍🏻 Not those heavy type ones that you would normally experience. The dangerous Part was that you could eat twice as much .😂 The staff was so kind and helpful. I called her last minute in a panic because none of my other bakeries could work with me and my time frame, but Amie did! I had a bookclub meeting and was trying to find a specific type of dessert that no one else offered me, she talked me through the differences and similarities between everything on her list and I continued on with my order from her. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Cookies. They were one of the most DELICIOUS cookies I have ever personally tried. She’s the only baker I call now.
