“Excellent place to catch a big game. Went there for World Series game 7 and I was concerned they weren't going to have sound for the game. They did! Food is always good here and they pours are satisfactory. Servers and bartenders are mostly nice and attentive. Solid place that we frequent on a regular basis. Well run establishment.“

“We just held a baby shower in the enclosed outdoor Patio at the Troy location, January 18th. Was worried it would be cold since it was in the low 20s outside and windy, but it was wonderful. Staff was wonderful to work with from all the pre-planning with Jenna through the entire staff at the Troy Location. Servers were very attentive to all the guests. Manager worked with us on how and when we wanted the appetizers served, followed by lunch and then dessert. It was a great location for the shower. It was like having it in our own backyard but with service and none of the cleanup! The fireplace with the chairs by it was a great place to display prizes for the guests and a great place for the new mom and dad to open the gifts with everyone being able to see. It was easy to walk around and talk to everyone. We will definitely recommend to our friends for future events.“

“The old locker room is where I met my husband of 35 years now, but the new locker has a great vibe as well. Food is Awesome, staff are friendly and helpful and the music brings a vibe that makes you happy and want to party. Let’s just say I love the Locker room. Ask for Lacey she’s the best waitress.“

Came here on a Monday (when they'd opened specifically for an LFC match) and was blown away by the hospitality - Irish coffees and HT pizza anyone? - and the kindness shown to me by Jet (hope I've spelled tha right) who was running the place and assorted legends partaking in the match / beer / whisky. They even gave me a Detroit LFC supporters scarf which I'll be sure to take to Anfield when I next go. Super fun and lovely people - thank you!“

“First time at this pub and I would say it was a pleasant experience on a gloomy, windy Friday evening. The place was not too busy when we arrived, so we could pick a table of four a bit far from the high traffic areas.
Service was excellent, not too much, not too little, just right.
We had Had Cajun Beef Tips (some just a bit too dry) and Crispy Haddock. Both were good choices, enjoyed along with some Hazy Days IPA (Cowbell Brewing) and Irish Red (Walkerville) beers.
The only desert option was crème brûlée, which we did not try.
The atmosphere was a bit noisy, typical for a pub, lots of TV screens, nothing too exciting or unpleasant.
I would visit again, maybe during summertime.“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. “Stopped here before a concert at LCA last night - obviously busy, but wait wasn’t bad at all and we were able to get a drink at the bar and wait outside. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was absolutely stellar! She was super friendly, funny and quick despite having a large section on a busy night. Got the shrimp tacos (AMAZING and filling - has a perfect amount of “kick”) and my husband got the hot chicken sandwich (the one small bite I was allowed was phenomenal) overall 10/10 experience!“

“Absolutely 100% recommend Nemo’s! We’re here for tigers opening day and I am breastpumping. I asked if they had a room I could pump, although they didn’t have a secluded area for me, they let me pump in this back area. Thankfully I had a wearable pump so you can’t see anything but one of the bartenders brought me a water & a hotdog and was just the sweetest man. Truly thankful for their hospitality! So very sweet! “The Hideout shocked me, i drove by for many years and figured it was a hole/little bar. When I walked in the interior was very nice. So the business end of the review, i had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was so darn good I was shocked. I came back the following night it was so good hoping they could replicate it, im not here for the drinks but the cheeseburger! Once again the chef comes through with a home run. Ill be back tomorrow or the next day, its that good and its of tremendous value, im not sure how they do it. The place is a gem!“

“Fast service, great space with parking right out the front door! Might be the best fries I’ve ever eaten in my life, and super tasty olive dip. My husband had the vegan buffalo chicken sandwich and raved how good it was. Will be back next time we are in town.“

“We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal! They were right there with refills, smiles, jokes and anything you needed. They made the experience so wonderful!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a party venue, or just a dinner out to come eat here!! 5 stars!!!!!!“

“On a Saturday night my girlfriend and I wanted to go somewhere close and somewhere simple and we found The coach grill. First thing i saw was how busy and cozy the place seemed right when we walked in. After the staff cleaned a table very quickly and seated us, we looked over the menu. I heard of the famous Ruben sandwich and I wanted to try their wagyu burgers. So we ordered both, it was not a long wait at all...first impression was the Ruben was fresh and delicious and packed with flavor....while being a thick sandwich the bread was toasty and did not turn soggy. The wagyu burger I got with with cheddar and mushrooms was juicy and well made we also got the garlic fries which were hand cut, tasty and hot to the touch.
The staff was very kind and attentive, always checking on us, replacing drinks without being asked and being quick to clean off the table of plates we were done with....but not being pushy in any way.
The vibe was busy but still nice and the music was at a perfect volume,not too loud and the place had a nice style.
I would not only recommend this establishment if you like american bar food but I will definitely be back for that Ruben again“

“We randomly walked in before the Thanksgiving day parade just to warm up and grab a drink. Before we knew it we were welcomed with open arms to enjoy watching the parade from the giant enclosed and beautiful rooftop area! What an incredible view and experience! Thank you to the waitstaff and manager that worked the holiday!!!“

“My girlfriend and meself stopped in randomly after the Eastern Market and had one of the best meals and experience we’ve had while visiting Detroit. The Tokyo muscles were the best muscles I’ve ever had. We had a classic Bloody Mary and their hot sauce really brought some heat! We got the Carmel cookie coffee as well and that was swell as well. The environment and staff especially made the experience even better. We had Rhonda as a server and she was very pleasant and helped give us recommendations that turned out to be very tasty. Overall we were glad we chose to eat at Vivio’s and will definitely be back next time we wander to Detroit.“
