Lexi welcomed me as soon as I walked in and guided me to the perfect booth, also walked me through the menu as I had a ton of questions. “I love Russ' - it is a nice, local chain with very good food, friendly staff, and a quiet atmosphere. I come here about 2-3 times a month to eat breakfast and work on my Bible Study. They are consistent in food prep, my coffee is always being refilled, and I have gotten to know the servers pretty well. Overall one of my favorite places to eat!“

“We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long while. We've been missing out! Went to Grandville Texas Roadhouse yesterday (Sunday @ noon). Our wait time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (Annika) was attentive and genuinely sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super-delicious! We won't wait so long before coming back!“

“We have been enjoying Culver’s in Standale/Walker since they opened, but, it is our experience that the quality of the food is gradually going down a bit. We usually get the fish sandwiches and also have enjoyed the onion rings, but, our last order was not good. Last Thursday, we ordered two two-piece fish dinners and substituted onion rings for the fries. This was a take-out order. When we got home and began to eat the food, we found the meal to be at a considerably low standard of quality. It tasted as though the oil used to fry both the fish and the rings was “old oil” and needed to be changed. It was quite disappointing for having paid $27 for the two meals expecting a decent fish dinner. We DID, however enjoy the coleslaw.“

Russ' is a tradition for many West Michigan families and if you've never been to one of their locations you should try it at least once. American comfort food, desserts, and a few Dutch options are their specialties.

“I was there 09/07/2022 9:22pm chairs were up floors mopped and flat top turned off only the grill was on. Serving staff informed us that we could only get burgers and fried foods. I wanted breakfast so I declined and was going to go elsewhere and then the cook from behind the cook station said he would turn flat top back on and what would we like. I told him no no, I’m food service to and I know how it goes when it’s almost closing time. He insisted and I complied with his generosity and unselfishness. It was refreshing to have someone go out of there way for you.!the food was outstanding and fast, we were the only customers at that time but the cook did not have to do that.
