“I love Russ' - it is a nice, local chain with very good food, friendly staff, and a quiet atmosphere. I come here about 2-3 times a month to eat breakfast and work on my Bible Study. “I usually go to the Arrows, was Rainbow, for their pig in the blankets. I stopped today at the Rainbow Grill in Grandville because on-line menu showed they had pig in the blankets. Glad I did, I found them better than Arrows Restaurant. This will be my new breakfast spot. Check it out, don't miss out.“

“Good value and a great burger with fries!

- Burger - $13.99: The beef patty was juicy and delicious! Nothing much for special flavor, but just done right! It seemed less messy than normal and not dripping everywhere as far as the patty. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was cooked slightly below that, but I like it a little lighter anyway.

The pretzel bun was the same price as the other choices, so that was a no brainer. It was dense and yet soft and chewy. The toppings were well balanced and yet caused the pieces to slide around a bit. I was able to keep it together, but I had a bit of a mess because of this.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend the burger. Probably one of my top bracket choices in the Grand Rapids area especially because it is a bit cheaper than many others like it. Great value!

- Fries: The fries were amazing. Great texture with the slightly less tough exterior and fluffy interior. The batter added an amazing flavor, too! Another highly recommended aspect of my visit. The fries came with the burger.

My friend tagged along and had the following:

- Cuban - $12.99: The dill pickle and mustard were a great mix and well balanced.

- Tater Tots: A dryer and crispier variety, though not uncommon for many other restaurants. I prefer softer tots, but these were fine. They were served plenty warm! The tots came with the Cuban.

- Caesar Salad - $3.99: Fairly good price for a salad and no complaints.

- Service: It was slow going at first. Took a while to get the water and enter our order. But once the order was made, it came fairly quickly. Everything was as ordered and she handled everything right, just a tad on the slow side. Maybe they were a bit under staffed that night?

- Atmosphere: It is a typical sports bar/restaurant feel. Lots of TVs with sports on (it’s in the name of the place). The is a bar with stools, but there would be little problem having kids there. There were some kids when we stopped by and they had booster seats and high chairs.

- Conclusion: I would definitely have no problem recommending this place based on the food! The website’s menu was outdated and I am posting this with an updated menu. The burger was a dollar more expensive than I was expecting from the website menu. Still a great value, though! They have plenty of great lunch deals and happy hour prices.

Parking: Not a ton right at the restaurant, but the shared parking lot had enough room for us to park a bit further back.“

Someone stole our daughters brand new tablet when we were not looking and the staff immediately jumped into action and found and confronted the thief and got it back to us. “I loved our experience at Rush Creek Bistro! We went on Valentine's Day. The thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere was very relaxed and easy to hear each other talk. Many restaurants have terrible acoustics and are loud which can make it hard to have a conversation-- not so at Rush Creek. The lighting is nice and they even had a fire lit on the patio. So A+ on atmosphere!! The service was excellent and despite the holiday food came quickly. The quality of the food was top-notch. I had the seared Tuna Steak which was plated lovely and tasted great with all the dipping sauces. Also, going out to each can be quite pricey these days-- I thought their prices were very reasonable for the quality of the dining experience. I definitely recommend Rush Creek Bistro!“

“It has been years since I've been here. Since 2017. It was still the same wonderful place! Updated the seasonal menu of course.

I came to visit with a friend's family. There were 5 of us. One was a child.
The staff were courteous, and attentive while not hovering. Perfect.

I had an all meat omelet with home fries and toast. All cooked to perfection. It filled me up so I did not finish my eye toast too!

“We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long while. We've been missing out! Went to Grandville Texas Roadhouse yesterday (Sunday @ noon). Our wait time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (Annika) was attentive and genuinely sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super-delicious! We won't wait so long before coming back!“

“It was our 1st time at this location. We were a party of 7 and they took less than 5mins to find us seats. Our waiter Vincent was amazing. He was so polite and attentive. His coworker another older lady wasn't as nice. She was talking bad about Vincent as he was trying to accommodate larger groups to stay as close together as possible. She on the other hand just kept complaining about him taking tables and to just separate the families. That not her problem that they are so many in the groups. Vincent I truly appreciate that you kept my family as together as possible.“

“We have been enjoying Culver’s in Standale/Walker since they opened, but, it is our experience that the quality of the food is gradually going down a bit. We usually get the fish sandwiches and also have enjoyed the onion rings, but, our last order was not good. Last Thursday, we ordered two two-piece fish dinners and substituted onion rings for the fries. This was a take-out order. When we got home and began to eat the food, we found the meal to be at a considerably low standard of quality. It tasted as though the oil used to fry both the fish and the rings was “old oil” and needed to be changed. It was quite disappointing for having paid $27 for the two meals expecting a decent fish dinner. We DID, however enjoy the coleslaw.“

“We visited the Grandville, MI Red Robin restaurant on 3/6/2025. The food was good, service was excellent. I am disappointed with one thing. It may seem unimportant, but prevented me from ordering my first choice. I wanted to order the Sauteed 'shroom burger, but when I asked our server for a side of steak sauce to put on my burger, she informed me that they didn't have any. I have had this burger numerous times, and always with steak sauce. It may sound picky, but this is a deal breaker for me. I ordered the Chili Chili Cheeseburger instead. How difficult is it to have a bottle of steak sauce on hand?“
